HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. Issues started from day one. I got the call that my mother was transferred to the funeral home from the hospital an that I had to come in and sign paperwork. I show up and let them know I was here to fill out paperwork and he was like OK then picked up the phone to answer an incoming call. I waited 10 min before being invited back. I started filling out all of the paperwork and everything and from my first interaction, I felt as if they just didnt care. Later the same day called back to ask about getting ALL her prints. They told us that they would do ALL of her fingerprints. I went back to pick up my ashes about three weeks later after receiving a call that they were ready I walked in, and I once again told them what I was there for they were like OK, and then just stood there after five minutes they come out with my mothers ashes, and points to a basket and tells me to pick something out.I pick something out of the basket and then I just kind of stand there because I wasnt sure what was happening. Nobody has said anything. I slowly started to walk out, then I was then rudely interrupted, an told I had to sign more paperwork. At this point in time I was not given the fingerprints, so I just assumed I would pick them up when I picked up the death certificate. I was told it would be several weeks before I would see a Certificate and I was like OK. Just let me know when you get it.Two months Later and I called them after not hearing anything to ask. They check their systems and they informed me that they do have it. I ask about the fingerprints. They informed me that they did have her prints as well, I went to the office and I picked up the death certificate and I ask about the fingerprints again. They tell me that they ONLY took my mothers thumbprint and they didnt do the other prints like asked. it was also only a digital rendering of the print. they email it over so Im like OK. I open the file only to have it be a partial print.
