I made an appointment with Angies on 10/1. I showed the stylist what I wanted. When she was done it looked nothing like what I wanted. I was upset but didnt know how to handle the situation. I paid for the service and left. When I left, I called my mother for advice on what to do. My mother said she would call the salon. She spoke to *****. She informed my mother that ***** ( the owner) would like to look at my hair herself and I would need to come back in. I am in the Air Force and had to get to work, so I couldnt return till the next day. ***** said that was fine, and we set up an appointment for 10/2 and 10 am for me to return. She said ***** just wanted to look at my hair, and if we couldnt resolve this, then she would refund my money. On 10/2 I returned to the salon. ***** looked at my hair and said she could attempt to fix it to my liking. I informed her that I already made arrangements at a trusted salon to get it fixed and that I didnt want them to damage my hair further. She then accused me of dyeing my hair previously, and that is why it turned out the way it did. My hair was virgin non dyed hair. ***** offered to refund what I spent by 50%. She then said that I was going to be unhappy no matter what because I am an unhappy person. I told her I felt like she was disrespecting me, and she said Oh WOW really in a snarky tone. She also berated me for having my mother call the salon to try to resolve it and said I was an adult and should have handled it myself. Then, later, she told me I was just a kid and she had plenty of experience even before I was born. She then taunted me and said it looked like I was about to cry. When I told her I just wanted to get a refund and leave because I felt uncomfortable and disrespected, she said that she talked with her business partner and the offer was no longer valid. On the business website they do have a satisfaction guarantee. I have attached an image of that. Please let me know if further detailed are needed.

    Walt:

Client's hair looked very cute when she left.  She paid and seemed happy, but the next day her mother called and said the color was wrong.

Client came in the next day and said the color wasn't as she wanted.

Our owner saw that the original work was well done, and if the client wanted the color adjusted she could do that quickly without charge.

Our guarantee says that we get to fix any problem first, and if we can't fix it we will refund it.

Client refused to let us adjust her color, therefore refund was denied
