            Good Afternoon. This concerns Davisons Inc of *** ***** *** ********** ** **********. I write in strictest confidence concerning the above firm. I contacted this firm with a new concept approximately 2 weeks ago. Davisons promise a secure 100% confidentiality system. However it appears they have in place an idea security agreement (ISA). This would appear to be a non disclosure agreement which they charge for however Davison's do not disclose this. The problem is now they have a brief outline of my concept & I would appear unprotected unless I pay & sign into the agreement which wasn't initially mentioned. I've made contact concerning their confidentiality & security procedure, David Graham has responded stating he'd rather talk over the phone than answer via email.. Why?. I've worked on projects here in the UK & have never had to pay to enter a non disclosure agreement. Is my data safe with this firm (I'm worried)?. I would ask kindly that my contact with yourselves would form a paperwork trail should there be any data leaks regards my project. They haven't been transparent with there pricing structure's. I fully appreciate that UK and USA law differ's greatly but as mentioned paying to enter an agreement without prior warning & after initial data has been disclosed doesn't seem right. I'm highly sceptical of this firm although they seem extremely helpful & friendly on initial approach. I've made contact with yourselves as my concern's are very real & I'm worried about my concept & its data. I see on research there have been numerous concerns regarding Davison's & their behaviour. May I take this opportunity to thankyou for looking into this matter as it stands I now have a European firm which interested in my concept. I would ask that my data is simply destroyed & or a written agreement in place that my data is 100% secure within the holds of Davisons.
