            July 1, 2023 we shipped boxes from *********, ****** to ******, *****. Our son was moving and shipping his belongings and computer equipment he uses for work. We paid $2,072.73 which was shipping, supplies, and paying for their certified packing service. The business committed to safely shipping our boxes, they used appropriate shipping supplies for what was being shipped and that they would place fragile stickers on all computer equipment boxes. The nature of the dispute is all the boxes arrived badly damaged and 2 CPUs were damaged beyond use as was a monitor. The company directed us to file claims online. When we attempted to do that, the system continued to error and we could not continue. We tried multiple times. They never offered assistance to file the claim. I asked for them to take responsibility as they packaged our boxes and didnt put fragile stickers as promised, and she responded with we should have been charged more for the supplies were used and that we should have been offered insurance. When I explained we were never offered insurance, she explained we should have been offered it verbally, and she apologized and said they were retraining employees. I explained that had I been offered the insurance, I of course would have accepted it as it would have been a small amount over what I was already paying. Furthermore, I explained I was being directed by their employee to rush through the process and approve the mailing as I was just approving the address it was being sent to, I had no idea I was declining insurance at some point. They did not respond to my request to help us process the online claim so we could at least get some money back for the damage. I was referred to a regional manager, and after being given the run around, I asked for a call from the owner I was told Id hear from someone and never did. I emailed and called and no response. Not even for assistance to file an online claim.
