            I am looking to warranty the tools in the pics because r old and broken and I was given them by my dad befor he died and I was hoping I could keep the broken ones because them mean something. To me and get them replaced any way with out sending the broken ones back and tryed emailing us about but it would not go throw to email from. Mine idk y

            In february 2022 i puchased a tool box that cost roughly $8500 from snap on tool company after i had the tool box for a few months the drawer slides kept breaking and till this day they have broken 5 different times and have to wait roughly 2 weeks before slides are ordered and sent to me. i had asked snap on if they would just take the tool box back considering itrs been broken more than half the time ive owned it, they told me they would not take it back, but they said the only way they would take it back would be as a repo but they would take the toolbox, mess up my credit, and i would still be held financially responsible to pay for they box even if they would have taken it back. so i am coming to you guys in hopes you can help me get this tool box that keeps breaking sent back and get a full refund from snap on. thank you

            We set up payment with them to catch up on a bill with them. They guy wanted to do electronic check and post it for the next week and a amount. Well they posted it way to soon and overdrafted my account and took more then what he said they was. Im lucky to be able to feed my family this week and get my kids fireworks because of the man that lied to me and processed a check earlier then what he told me on the phone and he didnt even get my permission to post it early or didnt get my permission for the amount he took out. Something needs to be donw tih this company and frauding other people

            I had a snap on truck account and unfortunately the owner of the truck put me on a snap on credit account and while doing so he forged my signature and approved me for rates and terms I was never told about or agreed on. I also have pdf files of my forged signatures that can be compared to every other signature Ive done and you can clearly tell my signature was forged on the snap on credit line. I own an automotive shop so I would like to have a good relationship with snap on tools and keep purchasing their products but forging my signature and not helping me resolve this only gives me this option or get an attorney which I would like to avoid and have this resolved in a civil manner.
