  I contracted with this business in Nov 2021 to build Cas Wraps/Check Out Counters for a newly constrcuted store. Delivery was to be April 2022 for the start of the busy summer tourist season. We paid (2) invoices in Nov. One for 50% of the material & labor cost at $2466.88, and a second for $1244.30 for 50% of the countertop material which had to be special ordered. I have proof of the *** banks transfers. We went back and forth via email and all was good until just before the delivery date. On March 29 after I had been inquiring and getting no reposnse, I get an email telling me there have been some major setback, but that they have the materials and cut list and my project is being placed ahead of others. On April 25th after the company basically ghosting us, I get an email telling me the materials are on the way. I texted back and forth with the owner and he told me we was working on my project and that it would be done "the end of next week". I asked to if he was solid on that date because my comoany was losing money by not having these check out counter and that I found another company that could deliver this project in 7 weeks. He assured me he would get it done. He last communicated with me May 10th when he told me it should be ready by "end of next week". I have tried to contact him multiple times since and he is non responsive. We have been severely damaged by this companies actions. I have since found out the company has fallen out of compliance with state licensing, and that they have stiffed multiple customers out of money and have not fishined or started projects they have collected on.
