I have been repeatedly denied the right and reasonable ability to fill out a 2024 PFD application and receive a PFD benefit by the State of Alaska. I have never been able to type in my *** on my ******* phone and ******* tablet because its invisible and remains blank, as ***** from *********, will verify by my call last Friday Oct 4th. The form wont process. I contacted the *** office in January of 2024 a few times about not getting into the web site as well as Senator *** ***************** I finally received an electronic copy, printed it out and turned it in. I was notified in March a piece of information was missing by ******* **********, *** employee. At his request, I drove to ********* ***** in ******* on March 19, 2024 at 10:15 am to fax a correction. I have the receipt for that fax. The application was never updated and resulted in a denial of a dividend which I discovered last Friday. No PFD check was deposited. Why didnt he correct and process the form? Why didnt he call if he didnt receive it? I called ******* Friday but have not heard back. I want my 2024 *** benefit and also want the *** to fix the *** invisible problem because in 3 months Im going to have the same problem. No online access to fill out a form. The continued lack of response and negligence by all; *** **** of Revenue, *********, ******* **********, and ************************ has resulted in nothing but emotional stress, anxiety, and financial hardship. Im being fought tooth and nail and being successfully denied a PFD, a given public benefit, by the very people paid to help. Why are these people able to do this? Ive lived here 54 years. 1. Why doesnt the *** log in work still? 9 months later? 2. Why am I constantly babysitting these people when its their specific job to facilitate the ease of processing? These people are delivering pain and misery. 3. Why cant they just correct my form over the phone?
