            In September 6, 2023, I made a purchase for jewelry that was advertised as a real diamond for price of $2,000. To my dismay, I found out that it was not a real diamond, but rather a diamond simulant, more specifically cubic zirconia. The value of the piece is at most $700, not the $2,000 that I paid. *** made multiple attempts to contact the business but they are closed since they are open on a seasonal basis. *** attempted to dispute the charge with the credit card company that I used, but the dispute window has closed because I was not informed of the situation until after the timeframe. This has caused me distress and many sleepless nights as this situation has been prolonged and its been an issue that weighs on me heavily. This jewelry has been a lifelong goal Ive spent saving up for and working for. I intend to receive a full refund , with possibility of compensation for the stress it has caused me. At the minimum, the customers should be protected from false advertisements from the business. The business should be penalized for conducting disorderly transactions and causing distress to their customers.

            I did not expect that the ring I purchased would need replacement of the tiny stones. I would like to have it repaired at their expense as soon as possible. Please forward this on to them for repair or replacement.

            We are more than willing to give full service to the customer to repair the stone and mail it back to the customer ASAP.

            Its a process of sending the Ring to our manufacturing unit in ****** so they will match the diamond that is missing exactly same quality and details like other diamonds around it 

            once we receive the ring it takes 2 to 3 weeks time to fix it and send it back to the customer at no extra cost 

            we apologise for inconvenience and also we try to get in touch with customer directly to explain the process.

            we will stand by the merchandise and take full responsibility to fix the ring at no extra cost.
