  Mosquito Guard Pest Control ************************************************ ***** ************ July 5, 2023 **************** Representative,After my re-service I do not want any further service or contact with Mosquito Guard. This company's customer service is appalling. ********************************************** policy states that if a customer were to cancel their service the day of the service that Mosquito Guard would charge a $25 cancellation fee. Mosquito Guard Technicians were a no show to my address on THREE separate occasions. Honoring your own cancellation policy, my service charge should be reduced by $75 for the inconvenience. Because it was my first service and I wasn't sure how it worked, I rearranged my days so that I could be home on June 26, 2023 and on June 27, 2023, for when the technicians arrived. Mosquito Guard made no attempt to give me a heads up that they wouldnt be able to make it. After the 27th, I wrote off Mosquito Guard as a flakey company and went on with my business. It is deplorable that Mosquito Guard would have such a policy but be unable to hold themselves to the same standard they ask of their customers. When confronted on the issue, Mosquito Guard is unwilling to pick up the phone and/or return phone calls.Also, the time in/out on the statement that was emailed to me is incorrect. Your technicians were only at my property for a total of 4 minutes, according to my video surveillance. This is a sham company. After my re-service please remove me from any text, mail, and/or email list, I would never choose to do business with such a dishonorable company. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family about the horrific service I have received.

  I received a letter in the mail on July 5th stating that a property adjacent to mine would be treated as per MOA ordinance ********** C. I called Mosquito Guard Pest Control to tell them I am highly allergic to chemicals, including Geraniol which is in their mixture and most other chemicals. I also looked up the two synthetic chemicals. Lambda-cyhalothrin and Bifenthrin which are also in their mixture and they are considered toxic and can cause reactions of which as I write this I am experiencing skin tingling, burning, on my face, headache, nausea, and fatigue. My husband is experiencing prickling and itching of his skin. I feel that the company is irresponsible in not canceling this treatment once told that as an adjacent property I was allergic to ingredients in the compound they use and that they recklessly endangered my health and that of my husband. They have made my deck and yard unusable for the foreseeable future as I cannot go in them due to the stench from the treatment and the fact that I have had an allergic reaction and it is just compounded by going outside. I feel they should have to pay restitution to all neighbors for polluting our neighborhood and poisoning us. This was a criminal act in my opinion as it endangered our health. This business should loose its license due to endangering the health of innocent people.At this point I have not gone to the doctor, but if it continues to make me ill tomorrow I will be contacting my doctor. This endangered my life and my husbands and was totally wrong. They should have contacted the neighbor and explained that they could not spread the toxic substances in his yard as it was a danger to the health and welfare of the neighbors. The company was negligent and their act has made two innocent people ill.
