I have $243 in gift cards that my husband and I purchased for each other as gifts to use at Selah. I called yesterday 5/13/22 to book services and the person that picked up the phone said that they are under new ownership as of two months ago and they are not honoring Selahs gift cards. I attempted to contact the previous owner for a refund and the message box was full. I then sent a text but have not heard back. No attempt was made to contact me regarding these gift cards even though I have been a customer of the spa for years and I am in their system. This is theft and I want my money returned to me.

My son bought me a ****** gift certificate.I called last week and was told they were bought by a different company and they are not honoring any of the gift certificates they had on file. I told her my son spent ****** and now I dont get the service and what poor business dealings this is. I asked her why they didnt call me they had my name and phone number to let me know I needed to use it before it changed owners. She said they did t have to do that and thats just what her boss said they were to tell people.

I was given a gift card to this business from a relative as a gift. The gift card has $100 on it and does not expire until 12/22. Selah Salon has apparently changed to new ownership and the new owners will not honor the gift card. No attempt was made to notify me that I needed to use the gift card by a certain date before the business was sold, nor was a cash refund offered. I now have a worthless $100 gift card. An attempt to contact the original owner has been unsuccessful. This is blatant theft and I would like my money back.
