Three nurse practitioners at this clinic failed to recognize textbook symptoms of a debilitating neurological condition caused by exposure to certain meds that the diagnosis of is time-sensitive. The longer it takes to be addressed, the worse it gets, and after the first year, it becomes permanent and incurable. The NPs called me a liar, told me it was psychosomatic, and outright dismissed my symptoms, despite them ALL knowing I was on meds that can cause it.I gave them a negative review on ******* because their failure put my diagnosis off about 2.5 years and I'm now bedridden and on a 24-hour regimen of sedatives to suppress the excruciating spasticity that's also affected my ability to breathe and swallow. Christine banned me from the clinic because of the negative review, and then when I decided to give them another chance bc she had hired a REAL doctor, they cancelled my appt at the last minute and claimed it was bc I was "repeatedly abusive" towards the staff over the phone and via the patient portal. I not only have only made ONE call to them in the last year, but I only gained access to the website a few days ago. I called to complain and the receptionist first claimed that HE was the one I was abusive towards, which is ridiculous because I'd only talked to him ONCE (he's the ONLY man that's worked there) a few months ago to make the appt they just cancelled- if I was so "abusive" at the time, why did he let me make the appt? He's also worked there less than a year, but let slip that I was actually banned from the clinic over a year ago- just about the same time I left the negative review- and the new appt was made in error.When I left another negative review on their FB page, including the fact that they were now accusing me of things I did not do and COULD not have done to cover for them unethically banning me from their practice for being honest about their medical failings AND called out their obvious lying about it, they had the review removed.

Fraudulent billing practices, incompetent staff (including the practice manager, Ms. *********** Do NOT use this business. I paid my $40 copay when billed for it, but they apparently did not record my payment properly in their billing system. After multiple interactions to attempt to correct this, I spent my very limited personal time to gather and email Ms. ********* a copy of my bank record showing my $40 check was cleared with THEIR business info on the back of the check. She responded with an apology and said she would fix their system to reflect paid in full. However, TWO MONTHS later, I received ANOTHER demand for payment of the same $40. I do not know what more I can do to convince you never to walk through their doors. They will hound you forever for payments you have already made!
