  My case is a BREACH OF CONTRACT dispute happening ************ 2021, I purchased a 2001 *********************** Classic Motorcycle with 1300 miles and in great condition. I hired OUTLAWS BEHIND BARS to convert it to a trike/repaint it The work has taken an extremely long time to complete. I have been patient as they said they were experiencing a barrage of personal troubles and delays. Their business license lapsed as ********************************************* CYCLES but recently renewed under TRANSCENDENCE. I've been told in writing many times that it's ready to be picked up or they will deliver it "tomorrow". I have driven the 61 miles to get it several times at their direction but they default each time. Also during the job I hired them for, this person TRANSITIONED FROM A MALE TO A FEMALE and changed their name from **** to ******* and has had a huge personality change. I have tried very hard to be understanding during these changes as it seemed they were struggling with their identity and dealing with family reactions, etc... I have asked, begged and demanded my property and they have apologized ************************************************************************************************************************ of life. I have signed agreements and receipts. Only recently did they provide a vague invoice demanding an additional $6,000, plus storage fees. How can I owe storage for a bike that I've paid you for, you refuse to hand over and I am constantly asking for? I have paid over $5,000 for labor in addition to all parts right down to the oil and fuel to deliver it. There were several cash payments as well totaling over $2700.I received a certified letter this week demanding the additional $6,000 or they will sell my motorcycle. They have no formal training or certifications.I only want my property returned in good condition. Nothing more.I am a 63 year old disabled female. This is extortion.I feel I am being taken advantage of, bullied and manipulated by this business.

  These claims are false.  I gave Ms. Moraco numerous opportunities to pay her final invoice which was $3088.  I waived winter storage fees after she did not pick her motorcycle up and blocked me on her telephone and social media.  I attempted to send multiple invoices at her request to which I received no response.  She sent individuals to my home and place of business on two accounts to attempt to retrieve her motorcycle illegally.  I’ve been harassed, extorted, defamed, libeled, perjured in court under oath and the list goes on.  
  

  After receiving no response from her I began charging storage fees for the 3 month waiting period required by Alaska State law before sending a final demand letter to which I even offered another 20% discount if she responded within 24 hours.  I received absolutely no responses whatsoever in this entire process.  I immediately moved to legally obtain title to her motorcycle under ALASKA STATUTE 34.35.175

   

  The State of Alaska made a thorough check on all documentation and provided me a title free and clear so I can discharge the debt she owes to my company.  Ms. Moraco has had plenty of time and opportunities to, close to a year, to get in touch with me through the proper channels and pay her bill.  I would have even worked out a payment plan with her.  She stayed at one point she had more money for me as well.  She did pay me $3500 for the work and all that was left was $3088.  I performed work for her at no charge as well and the work I did was more than exceptional.  It’s unfortunate it has come to this but I am now being harassed, followed, defamed and slandered.  I am now moving to file a lawsuit for all of this as well as monetary damages which I will prove in court.  
  

  As to her claim that I have no certifications she’s very mistaken.  I have an Associates of Applied Science Degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage in auto and diesel tech.  I’ve been a mechanic on cars, trucks, equipment, motorcycles, power sports and numerous other vehicles and equipment for the better part of 25 years.  I am licensed in the state of Alaska to do business as well.  
  

  Ms. Moraco has made serious errors in assumptions about me, my work performance and my experience.  It is this reason that this situation has gotten to the point it has.  She instead has decided to play dirty below the belt tactics and break the law instead of upholding her responsibility as a paying customer.  I do need to be compensated for my work and services provided.  There has been absolutely zero breach in contract.  The original agreed work was changed, yes.  But the additional work was at her request more than once.  She even sat down with me on multiple occasions to discuss what more she wanted done.  I was very transparent with her throughout the entire process but she was extremely skeptical from the beginning it seemed.  It is on her for choosing to assume the things she has, ignore me, refuse to respond to me, attempt to obtain her properly illegally and ultimately forcing me to make the hard decision to obtain title and sell her property to discharge her debt.  
  

  Each time I have to respond or attend to her dirty accusations, libel, defamation, slander, false allegations and harassment it just continues to cost me time and money.  
  

  Ms. Moraco will be served with a lawsuit now to address all of this where I will sue for monetary damages, defamation and libel and emotional distress.  
  

  I follow the laws to the absolute T and it’s a sad thing to have to deal with a customer like this but I am fully prepared to protect my interests with absolute rigor to the fullest extent of the law now.

  I am rejecting this response because: The respondent has falsified documents to mislead the DMV to issue them a title to my Harley.

  They are riding my property around the surrounding areas with the illegitimate title in hand to show authorities. They have created false documents to give the impression they are in the right but they are invalid. I have several witnesses to how many times I have arranged the retrieval of my Harley and then they simply refuse to answer the door at the home shop. This person has demanded and received several cash payments alongside the document funds paid. I profited the PaPal receipt where they immediately returned the $2000 payment and demanded that I drive to Eagle River to hand over cash. I have all of my bank records and endless text messages supporting my claim. They have nothing but vague statements. There were NO INVOICES presented to me for payment until I became demanding in wanting my bike this summer and pushed the matter. They were told I wanted the bike whether it was finished or not and that I could not wait any longer. I have documentation that they attempted to do this to another customer but were not successful. I feel they are in a financial bind with a looming foreclosure of their residence and no income. I have at least 40 text messages to support my constant inquiry of my property. I am a law abiding citizen who is being taken advantage of my a seasoned criminal. I received my FIRST certified letter of intent to sell and a FINAL DEMAND for inflated payment just last week. There has been no deficit in attempts to collect my property. I can prove my case through and through. They have no provided any proof of his claims. That is because he has no proof.

  Ms. Moraco was sent a cease-and-desist letter demanding she stop all false allegations towards my business and myself.  Which she clearly has not.  She is entirely ignorant of the law and acceptable, legal practices on storage and late charges a business owner can and should rightfully impose when a customer fails to pay their final invoice and refuses to retrieve their property.  
  I have not and never have “falsified” any documentation.  I operate my business lawfully and honestly.  Ms. Moraco has ignored all attempted communication in this matter and has opened a frivolous lawsuit against my business and ridiculously, my immediate family members.

  
  The error in the title was no fault of mine.  I read the VIN# off the neck of the motorcycle and filled out all proper paperwork to claim ownership under a mechanics lien.  UMV, LLC of Wasilla Alaska as well as Alaska Department of Motor Vehicles made errors on the physical inspection.  I have attached a formal letter from the UMV Wasilla admitting their fault in this issue.  
  Ms. Moraco is now being countersued as a third-party defendant as well as all the other people she has recruited on her slanderous and dishonest campaign against me not only personally but professionally as well.  
  She needs to shut her damn ignorant mouth and keep her fingers to herself off a keyboard online with her slander.  She is absolutely clueless as to state laws and continues to choose this route of lies when she should have worked with me months ago.  
  She is a drug addict and simply has attempted to use me and my services without paying me.  The more I have to respond to these types of things the more it’s costing her because I am not holding back AT ALL anymore with her antics and disgusting behavior.  
  

  I also NEVER refused any sort of payment.  I never received any transaction attempt on PayPal or any other means.  This is absolutely false.  Get a grip lady.  

   

  YOUR LACK OF FUCKING COMMUNICATION AND INABILITY TO CONDUCT YOURSELF HONESTLY SHOULDNT BE MY PROBLEM!  
  
  Her property has been lawfully sold under a new lien that has the correct vin number and I have petitioned the court for damages in $100,000 from her and her idiots that continue to use dirty, disgusting and illegal activities against me and my family.  
  I have also been working with the Alaska State Troopers on this matter trying to get her and her friends  involved in this bullshit against me charged with coercion, revenge porn laws, blackmail, stalking, harassment…  the list goes on.  
  She will be made aware and prosecuted if possible.  
  She needs a serious lesson in how to conduct herself in society and how to handle herself professionally with a business she solicited for services.  She has used allllll sorts of dirty and dishonest tactics instead of simply paying what the fuck she asked for or communicating with me.  Instead she assumed anything she wanted, ignorantly, instead of actually listening to what the fuck I said to her.  She’s flat out disgusting and childish idiot.  
  
  
  It’s going to cost her severely now.  Good riddance, I will not be responding to anymore of this garbage from the BBB.  Shove my rating up your asses I don’t have time for this drama anymore.  I’m dragging everyone’s ass into a fuckin courtroom now and we will let a jury decide who’s conducted themselves honestly and professionally and who’s acted like a disgusting low life dishonest lair that’s attempted to falsify evidence.  
  
  
  This POS website isn’t taking the upload from the UMV letter.  You’ve seen it though Roni..  your little friends on your Facebook slander campaign and anon profiles have surely shown it to you.  
  
  
  I’ve now upped the damages to $150,000 because of this.  Keep it coming..

  I responded by email. There should be notations in the file. We had a power outage and I couldn't get the website to take my response. I had contact in response to my email and was awaiting the steps to take next.

   

  As you can see from the business owners response, there's an anger issue.

  I have since obtained a Stalking Protective Order and that may have some bearing on his lack of accountability. 

   

  There is no way to come to resolution with someone who threatens and lies so blatantly.

  It's frightening.

  Anyhow, not sure where to go from here but I want to continue this as far as I can. 

  This person has literally stolen over $20,000 from me.

  Hello,

   

  The stalking order this last speaks of was DENIED.  Ms. ****** has continued to commit perjury in court proceedings and has been on a heavy defamation and slander campaign against me personally, my business and my family.  I have since sued her in the District Court for the State of Alaska at ********* as well filed counterclaim and sued her in her small claims against me and my business.  
  

  She is dirty and slings lies as well false allegations against me and my family with absolutely ZERO proof.  
  

  BE IT KNOWN FROM HERE ON OUT..

   

  Anymore messages from Ms. ****** to me through the BBB will be considered harassment.  I ask that BBB contact me directly without Ms. ****** involved and I will provide ALL documentation for these allegations and ALL court documents.  
  

  Again..  DO NOT MESSAGE ME through this form of communication.  I DO NOT WANT any contact whatsoever from Ms. ****** other what is legally necessary through the District Court.

  I am rejecting this response because: 

  ******* * *****, d/b/a Transcendence Custom Garage, has been abusive and uncooperative in all endeavors to do the right thing. Sadly, they have chosen to sue in two separate cases against me for extravagant damages that have nothing to do with my motorcycle. It will take time to present my case but I am confident I will prevail.

  TCG is failing miserably without any help from me. When you do the wrong thing you will not thrive.
