    Business response

    08/25/2022

Over the last 3 years since the septic tank and lift station were installed we have stood behind our work. Here are our notes

8/12/19 - Roto-Rooter installed a new septic tank and lift station. (so it has been 3 years not "less than 2")
We normally install risers on the lift station for servicing but the customer declined.
Notified customer at the install that the electrical supply need to be changed to support this pump. Customer said he would handle it.

11/15/2019- Service call no charge. Checked pump operation. Told him he needed to change breaker in panel (AGAIN). Said he would have his buddy do it.

11/22/19 service call no charge Given estimate to rewire up pump at house, refused , said he had a buddy that was an electrician for Alabama Power.

11/27/2019 service call no charge Told he needed electrician to look at junction box.

1/22/2020  service call no charge main line going to pump stopped up-  Cleared line, could feel pump operating under ground. Customer informed that he needed lids and risers to access pump. (Refused)

3/7/2020  Pump problem reported again, we provided an estimate to have a subcontracted electrician fix the electrical problems. The customer did not answer door.

We supported the 1 year labor warranty until 8/12/20 even though the customer had not corrected the electrical supply problem.

Roto-Rooter has gone the extra mile to help Mr. ***.
