    I don’t splurge on nice clothing items for myself often. I bought a jacket last fall that I’ve literally worn less than 24 hours. I went to wear it this fall and noticed a huge hole in the arm. When I reached out to customer service, they said that there was nothing they could do because it had been a year. I DO understand that that’s a long time after, but since it’s a fancy jacket, it’s not an item I wear except to dress up. I was willing to take more pictures to show that it’s in excellent condition but I was met with a canned response of “here’s 20% off”. I’m very disappointed in the customer service and disappointed in the quality of their clothing. If they aren’t willing to help when their product is faulty, why would I invest more money into clothing that falls apart?

As noted on our website, we ask that all customers please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact customer service within 3 business days of receipt of your order. This allows us to quickly resolve issues due to any vendor defects. We also can process damaged items within 30 days of receipt as matches the timeline of our return window. Based on your conversation with our customer support team, the jacket had been worn approximately 3 times within the 1 year time frame. Once a product leaves our warehouse, we are able to assist with all quality issues within a reasonable amount of time. 1 years is far outside of that time frame because we are unable to determine the environmental wear and tear from the original vendor defect.     I ordered a swimsuit that is very poor quality- very very thin fabric with no support whatsoever although the description states “band for support”. The customer support staff is quick to respond and kind but no real resolution. The second item I bought was a shirt and the sizing seems disproportionate. The return shipping cost is pretty high to receive a gift card in return. The reason I chose to leave a review here is because there are no options to leave a review on the website which is odd. Customer support stated they send reviews after orders are received but not to everyone. So I assume since I reached out I will not receive a review. So disappointed as I was very excited for my first order.

The band does function more to hold the suit in place than for support. We have removed that section from the description so that it now states the suit does have removable cups with the elastic band underneath. We are glad to hear that our customer support was quick and kind and are happy to provide a further step to assist you with your return and waive that processing fee for you.     Plus size girlies- be careful! Sizing is completely off. I ordered a 3X (I wear 2X) to ensure it’s large enough, and my friend who’s an XL, can’t fit my 3X shirt. Only offers store credit! What’s the point of store credit if the sizing is THAT off? Currently disputing with my bank! Buyer BEWARE!!!

    Super deceptive and misleading. Nothing is marked final sale until you try to return it. When checking out there should be a note if something is final sale. It is in the fine print in the return policy that you have to have a magnifying glass to see on the website. It feels like they are trying to pull wool over your eyes. I had ordered some things on sale and when checking out or looking at the items there was no language saying that the items were final sale. I got the items they are all different brands and the sizing is AWFUL. Some things that are the same size are skin tight and others are huge. If I knew they were different brands than Chic Soul, I would not have ordered them but that is not listed anywhere else on the item description either. Also, I was told all the items I purchased were on sale but when I went to start a return, I was able to return one of the 4 items. When I reached out to customer service they said it was a "glitch" and none of the items were returnable. I won't even send the return back because the store credit that I get, I will never use since I will never shop here again. I am better off donating the items. The quality is horrible too. Half the shirts are so thin you can see right through them. I will never order from them again and would advise others to think twice.

    I love Chic Soul. Time to ship is normal and the quality on most things is good. I only wish they had refund option instead of store credit. I would order more if this was the case. Somethings I love, I am scared to order because I'm not sure how they'll look and would like the option for a refund. I do not think they are shady about this. Their return policy is clear-just wish this was an option.

    i went through affirm i have a return slip where i have returned merchandise. now i have affirm texting me about my they haven’t received their money from chic for a return i will never shop there again. i have pictures of emails texts messages from both . i returned it both need to get it together .

    I'm returning a full priced dress because it doesn't work for me. They only offer store credit which came as a big surprise. I honestly have never worked with an online retailer that doesn't offer full refunds back on the credit card used. Without the opportunity to try on clothes in a store, and be able to return for a full refund, there is no way I would ever buy another item from this retailer again. Also there is a $8.00 restocking fee, plus shipping. There are too many alternatives out there to end up with a store credit rather than a refund. Also, it was not clearly stated when I purchased my items that only store credit was available. Additionally, I ordered items from another online retailer, *******, at the same time. The ******* items arrived 3 days before the Chic Soul items in time for my trip, while the Chic Soul items arrived after my trip, so of the Chic Soul Items I kept, I wasn't able to use them for the intended purpose due to slow shipping. Both retailers used similar shipping methods yet Chic Soul was much slower.

    I have had a great experience buying cloths from Chic Soul. The down part is that a lot of the clothing isn't made from the best material and definitely doesn't fit or look as good as the pictures show!

    I bought 3 dress to try Chic Soul out. I was very bummed. None of the dresses were lined and all see through. The quality was ****** cheap quality. Won’t be buying there again.

    very bad customer service!!!! i would not spend my money with this company if i was you! I made a purchase from this company, an hr after the purchase I receive an email stating that my order was cancelled at my request. I did not cancel my order so i reached out to customer service and was then told my order was cacelled due to the fact that the listed price I purchased the item at was the wrong price and was a glitch in their system so they would not fufill my order due to it being a wrong listing price. thats bad business and customer service and as someone who has purchased alot from the company in this past after this incident I will not be spending anymore of my money with this company. if there was an option for zero stars i would have chosed zero stars

Sadly we experienced an issue with our support platform that caused the pricing of one of our styles to not be saved correctly. Please know that certainly if the price was any incorrect number that we had entered in error other than the $0 pricing that was generated, we would honor that. But as the error caused the pricing to revert to $0 we did feel that this was an error that could be clearly viewed as a system failure and therefore fell under a unilateral mistake of fact. Please know that if your order had contained any other styles we would have made sure those were shipped out to you. As your total order was $0 with no other items and a code for free shipping was used- no monetary purchase was ever made.
