I dropped my 2005 **** F150 off there for service,Dash gauges and all gauges not working,Caleb one of the service writers called me a day or so after dropping it off and told me that the issue was number 21 fuse was blown and there was a short from a wiring Harness and it would cost $1,036 to repair,I told him to go ahead with the repair,About one month later I call him and he said that didnt fix the problem and that they would have to contact **** Motor for some advice, I told him about the tail light on the roof that could be causing this but he told me he didnt think that would cause the issue,After another week he called me and said my truck was ready, asked what the issue was and wouldnt you know it was where I told him to have their technician check, I went to get my truck and the bill was $1044 and I had a busted hole in my dash only to be told by the service Manager that they were not responsible for that because my truck was old,They didnt have a problem collecting the $1044 for something that wasnt wrong with my truck but hesitated to take responsibility for busting my dash, I think they should either give me my money back or fix my dash.
