            The lady who deals with the insurance there said I owed $49 from the year 1999 !! I was supposed to get my teeth cleaned today October ******* !! Ive never received a bill or anything from a collection agency either !! All the sudden this is the first I heard about in over 25 years !! I believe statute of limitations is 6 years in ******* !! I could be wrong on that !! She said it was for my insurance not covering all of the teeth cleaning !! I find it kind of suspicious that this all came about until today !! Can yall try and get a resolution because its been ******************************************************************************* even on my credit report !! Thanks

            This is Dr *********************** I bought the practice from Dr ********* back in 2014. I'm sorry about your experience on the phone. First of all, you do not owe the office any money. Dr ********* did a "bad debt" write off in 2001. The complaint says you were supposed to have a cleaning on Oct 16 2024. The note on our end says you called to reschedule due to your daughter having Covid. I would like to understand what went wrong. Can you please give me a call on my cell sometime. Its ************. My office manager and I are currently training a new front desk member. I hoping there was just a misunderstanding on her end. A quick conversation would really help. Thanks!
