    ******** company to work for they do not care about their employees. Greedy greedy greedy. Will deactivate your account with no warning they think their shoppers are expendable. Doesnt matter how good your rated or how long youve been with the company. They are not loyal.

    the fact that shipt has back to back one star reviews but still an A+ BBB rating shows that the BBB could care less about harming the reputation of a horrifying business. i signed up for shipt for target subscription. every single order i made ($200+) was late EVERY single time. never within the delivery window. and im not speaking about one hour or two hour delays. im talking about they will send that order the next day if they want to. its disgusting. i spoke to several managers after facing this issue who all have tell me they dont have a time frame guarantee and if there arent shoppers available or if they are running late, they cant do anything about it. PLEASE HAVE THEM ADD THIS VERBIAGE TO THEIR DELIVERIES. they actually guarantee time slots and time frames. additionally, 90% of their delivery people cannot shop. they will say items arent available that are indeed available because they dont want to go through certain departments like for example, tonight, a shopper told me all 4 toddler outfits & the substitutions were unavailable, so i sent her 4 other items that showed available quantity on the app, she stated they were unavailable. stop hiring such lazy people. i order from the same stores on ********. i never had an issue and they can guarantee delivery periods.

    This company is horrible! Didn't deliver the day Best Buy's website said they would nor was it delivered the next day or the next day. I tried to cancel my order with Best Buy and was told it was canceled. Now four days after this supposed to be delivered, I get a text from Shipt this is being delivered today while I am at work. I called Best Buy back and I was told that the cancelation couldnt be complete because they printed a label for Shipt. I called Shipt and they couldnt get ahold of the driver and left them a text and voice message that this was to be returned to Best Buy. Basically you can't cancel your order until Shipt delivers whenever time and date they decide not the date you bought the item for. Once Best Buy gets the item returned they have ten days to refund you. Shipt should not get to hold orders when they can't deliver in the time-frame the item was bought for. The website said same day delivery. This should be illegal and needs corrected. I will ensure none of my deliveries use Shipt in the future and am done with Best Buy. ****** is the way to go! Buyer beware of Shipt.

    So sad & disappointed in Shipt. I Was deactivated due to late arrivals in a snow storm even though I called Shipt and said that I was running behind because of severe ******************* adding several items during the storm to add to me being late. Those late deliveries I was added as a preferred shopper! If I am that terrible why would I be added as a preferred shopper? I had a 100% completion rate. Waited *************************************************************************** at night because they were short staffed. The store told me to just mark out of stock but I waited & waited until they located it. Customer was appreciative. Last night I also had to wait for airpods for over 30 min. I am a college educated hustler & not an idiot! I was unfairly deactivated. According to new ************ effective Jan 1 I should have been given a 14 day deactivation notice and provided records of violations etc. I truly hope that someone reading this realizes how unjust this is.

    Shipt has to rework their policies for contract drivers we have no protection against racist customers who leave reviews based on out of stock items. Then it seems as if shipt sends out set up drives for drivers that they dont want on their platform. This is all prejudice and needs to be addressed immediately. Deactivating someones account who has 10 preferred customers and 20 5 star ratings and just started the platform a week ago isnt good business practices. I would suggest not using this platform it is racist and prejudice towards ethnic minorities in certain neighborhoods.

    I had an extremely frustrating experience with Shipt regarding a $500 order I placed from Lowes. The items I purchased turned out to be the wrong size, and I needed a receipt to exchange or return them. However, Shipt completely failed to assist me in obtaining one.I reached out to customer service multiple times, speaking with several agents and even supervisors. The agents were difficult to understand, lacked empathy, and offered little to no help. Despite being patient and understanding, even leaving a $68 tip for my shopper, I was met with unprofessionalism and *************** one point, I was offered a credit for my order as a resolution, but that credit was later denied without explanation. This backtracking is both unfair and unacceptable for a company that claims to prioritize customer *************** escalate the issue, I wrote a detailed email explaining my situation, only to receive a dismissive two-sentence response stating that the issue had been resolved when, in fact, it hadnt been addressed at all.I am now stuck with $500 worth of unusable items and no way to exchange or return them, solely because Shipt refuses to provide a receipt. This is a clear failure in customer service and accountability.I expected better from a service I trusted for convenience and reliability. Unfortunately, this experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning whether I will ever use Shipt again. I cannot recommend them to anyone who values professionalism, clear communication, and support in resolving issues.

    I was using Shipt as my main ***** of income and then out of nowhere in the beginning of September my account was wrongfully deactivated. I submitted an appeal with absolutely NO response, but I keep getting AI response emails that refuse to let me get any help. I call the number and I get instantly hung up on because of account deactivation. I can't even be a consumer now. This whole this has impacted me so much and it's caused a lot of financial issues. I can not control traffic, I can not control getting 4 orders over 50+ items at one time. I am a single person who got hit with a quad order at once. NOT ONE HAVE I EVER BEEN LATE and my rating was always at 4.9 with ****************************************

    I have had a frauduelent experience with this company. I started a monthly sub in June, and cancelled in Aug (they stopped offering delivery from ******) & that was my main reason for utilizing their service. I am transitioning bank accounts right now so was paying close attention to charges on my acct. I noticed on 12/5 that my acct was charged for a monthly sub to Shipt, despite my cancellation. I looked further into my account & found the following: double charges for my subscription in ************ then only one charge in August. Double charges in September (after ending my subscription), then single charges for October, November, & the pending charge for December. I called customer support & kindly explained the situation, provided all dates for the charges, & requested to be refunded for all charges except for the single charges for the 3 months that I had subscribed (3 authorized charges, vs 6 unauthorized and/or double charges). Their first response back to me was that they found one double charge in June & offered one refund. I explained the situation again, & after two hours on the phone they agreed to refund me for September-November (the months charged after cancelling) and one double charge from June, but claimed they did not see any additional double charges. I offered to send them an email of my bank statement showing the charges, & requested to speak with their supervisor. After waiting another 30 minutes, the supervisor informed me that they actually found 4 double charges but that they wouldn't refund me for the months after I had cancelled- which was not only different then the last team told me, but also just generally incorrect. I accepted the 4 refunds (they each were only $10.99 each & I was tired of being on the phone). I requested all of my data to be removed which they said would take ********************************************* for Dec. I have had to dispute the remaining charges with my bank.

    This company seems to have their wires crossed. I have never had a Shipt account and yet continue to email someone else at my email address. Ive contacted this company numerous times to remove my email address from their system and they continue to email me daily.
