    They did a install at my house as part of their install they overcharged me for work not done and parts not replaced or delivered They damaged the ductwork it the attic they put some tape and paste and said it was good they should have replaced what they damaged they also boke my condition that was not discovered tell 8 mouths later and refused to fix the damage after the poor install I talked with the owner ************************* about the horrible work they did and my concerns about posable leaks and damaged caused by the poor work of his workers he told me he would stand behind the work his workers boke a pipe that has leaked and damaged my ceiling which was my concern with the poor quality of work they performed ************************* refused to fix the damage I would urge anyone who has been cheated by ************************* to contact the licensing board of ******* and make it hard for people like ************************* and autumn Air to ripe people off with poor workmanship this is a company that should not be allowed to do business again if had or been wronged by this company or any other company owned by ************************* you can contact the licensing board of ******* and they will be more than happy to help together we can put bad company like ***************************** out of business

    We did do the the install for him and he was Charged the $3800 and that's the portion of the install he was responsible for through is home warranty. We received a call after the cooling season during February he stated that he had not run the air conditioning until February. We have video proof of the unit running after the install date of 5-8-2023 and on a follow up visit 0n May 10 2023. We promptly sent a Manager out to his home after he made a threatening phone call to our office which all calls are recorded, to ***** the issues he stated in said call. During this process he stated to the manger that he had a lawyer go after Choice home warranty and had another copy install another system and a new thermostat on the system we installed. ******** stated at first that they didn't cut power to install thermostat. Then when question by the Operations manger on that because power had to be cut to install he back tracked and said that they cut the power at the breaker panel downstairs when the disconnect for the unit is in the attic on the same floor as the unit. He states the we damaged the duct work in his home which that issue was fixed on the follow up visit in May of 2023. When were out on May 10 2023 after the install on May 8 2023 for a follow up on his concerns and there was no leak present during the inspection. *************************** had opened a case with the State HVAC Board on the previous issues all were corrected and he dropped the previous case as all issues were fixed to his satisfaction. He has since called the State HVAc Board again to reopen the original claim. When the owner found out he contacted the ************************* immediately to find resolution.

    ************************************* they are right about one thing the job was not done right and I did make a complaint against there company I talked to ************************* and skip on the phone where they told that they would not finish the job they were contacted to do unless I let them off at I voice my concerns about the extremely poor quality of work at that time ************************* said refund me for the work not completed and the parts not received he never at the right equipment to finish the there therefore voiding any agreement we had I when I talked to the licensing board and suspended my claim ***************** told me to call him if ************************* didn't live up to he end of are agreement the licensing board just does as inspection to determine if the codes were followed which I an confident this company did not I was never happy with the job they did nor they poor attempts to cover there tracks they broke more than they fixed I there in or there attempts cover their tracks they damaged a condition line do to there lack of ability to do there correctly I was afraid to use the unit do to the fact that it was short cycling with I told the severe *********************** after there running of the about 10 minutes they said it was good I replied the thermostat so I could have short cycle protection at that time no went near their there was work being done on the main panel that wasin November the heat ran for the  winter we had worm day my son turned on the ac the next morning my wife called and the roof was leaking I thought about it and the poor quality of work that ************************* company does and called my son and told him to check the ac unit there he discovered a small in the conditions line at time I was not happy I called skipp and told him about the problem he said do I want it fixed I yes your company is responsible he said he would send someone they said I no warranty witch I told them they better talk to to owner ************************* before they make a decision because they never fulfilled are ***** arrangement and would in the licensing board of their default they agreed to come out and assess the problem skipp shows up late go in to my attic grabbed the pipe says he can't see a crack  told him witch pipe it he violently grabbed the moving it back forth and twisting it when he gets done with that he tell the the pipe froze and that was the problem I told him there's no way that happened he tried to tell me that they never touched the pipe witch I if you or your people never touched it how is it hooked up he we out to his truck for about 20 minutes that had to finish the job they were supposed to do to fulfill are agreement they never did one of the things we agreed on told I had to install the thermostat to fix the short cycling that they caused he told me that my ceiling was not a big deal and couldn't see why they would not do the right thing and told me they would call set a time to come fix it bo.bo the gm call about 3:30 trying to pass blame I told if the way be at he become very active I told me I get in with the licensing board and continue to pursue getting them to the right and trying to help others not have to deal with a dishonest company ad ***************************** buy urging anyone that has a problem with this company or there products to contact the better business bureau, licensing board, the power company that controls the financing or consumer affairs of ******* this company should not be allowed to lie cheat and steal from me or anyone else  I am just a home owner that is tired of being taken advantage of I so asked this company for a itemized receipt witch they refused to provide that was the first red flag this is far from honest thank you for any and all help you can provide I also have plenty of pictures I can not get to upload

    As a response to the rejection. ****************************** stated that in November the other company had been in his home doing work the haven't been in the attic or home since May 10, 2023. We did go back on June 21 2023 to verify sizing sizing for the Package Unit and to look at a potential repair in his crawlspace. I have a recorded call with him stating at first that they never killed the power to the unit. When expressed to him that yes power was needed to be cut to properly install the new thermostat he then back tracked and said that it was cut at the breaker panel down stairs in his bedroom. The quickest access to kill power would have been in the attic on the same floor the thermostat is located. As far as being accused of violently shaking the pipe we have video evidence that show the movement of the pipe which was not violent.The customer stated to the Production Manager that it was pressing against the drain pan. The movement shown in the video was to indicate that it was not in a bind and not touching the pan. The unit was installed in May of 2023 if there was a leak present it would have presented itself before November before the other company worked on the upstairs unit. We have videos showing the unit running after the installation a couple of days after as a matter of fact. The customer stated that the unit had not been run all summer. If a crack was present in the drain it would have presented itself long before November. Also during the Production Managers inspection he noted of the insulation being flattened below the disconnect which is where the *** lines run. The flattening of the insulation looking as it had been stepped on lead him to the determination that someone had stepped on the insulation below the disconnect and hit the pipes in question kicking them back towards the unit breaking the pvc elbow from pressure of being kicked. All of this information led the owner to make this decision although ***************************** has continued to defame the owner name. The owner felt as if he is being extorted and had notified the State HVAC Board after the initial threatening phone call with our office on February 28, 2024. Our owner also has decided this will be our last response to ****************************** on this matter with the Better Business Bureau.

    *****************************; let the pictures speak for themselves as for ******************* and in his response it is obvious what kind of man he is and what kind of company he runs beside the leaking pipe you will also see the rest of the great work they do and you would also see them damaging the pipe more and making up the other excuses and I will continue to make sure that as many people as possible understand what they are dealing with his recorded would reflect that I tried to work with them so to you ******************* if you do a poor job don't expect me to roll over and not hold a courtable as for you recording in my home with out person even though it would prove me right it is a critical offense to record auto or video in a private space were minors reside your company is creepy your people are disgusting but thank you for showing what kind of people you are sick sick
