    The company DOES NOT have good business practices. While their products under ******** Mobile are not very reliable, this complaint is in regard to their billing processes. The company continues to charge monthly subscription fees after customers cancel their subscriptions and delete their accounts. I am having to do charge-backs for the past three months through my bank after sending a written request and speaking with a customer service agent. They require you to sign up in the app, but once you unsubscribe and delete in-app, suddenly they say you were supposed to call in to cancel after already having done so. ********************************* consumers beware

    I purchased 2 ******** Delta Base cameras on 12/5/23. Since hunting season was basically over, we put the camera up until this hunting season. We paid for the plan, camera wouldn't connect. Contacted the company, after an hour on hold I was told we were being sent an update through email. We downloaded the update and camera still wouldn't connect. Called company again, held for an hour and 15 minutes. Was told they were sending out a replacement. We are still paying for their monthly service. We received the camera and it was a refurbished camera worth less than the Delta Base. This camera does not work unless we are paying ******** for their services. I called again and was told that they were sorry they didn't tell me I was receiving a refurbished product worth less. This is a monopolizing move by the company. This camera does not work without paying for their services. The camera I purchased would work either way. This is horrible tactic used to s**** the customer. I want an acceptable resolution. Then the lady I was speaking to began talking over me instead of allowing me to explain why this was unacceptable and I said shut up and let me talk and she ended the call. This cannot be an acceptable business practice. Basically they have taken my money and I have a product that ONLY works if I pay them for it to work. When I asked my son in law how his camera was working (he received the other one for Christmas) he had the exact same experience and wouldn't tell us because he didn't want us to be upset. I have tried to deal with this through the company to no avail. I need assistance.

    I am rejecting this response because: the camera will not connect.  Which was the original problem with the product to begin with.  That is the reason this entire nightmare began.  If they can tell me how to fix it and make it work, we can move on.

    The ******** Camera I purchased has a 2 year warranty against defects. I am having trouble with night pictures and videos. Have done the recommended IR reset multiple times with some success. However, I purchased a cell camera so that I didn't have to go get the camera 2 times a week to check pictures. I do if I want to get night pictures. The camera is faulty, the company knows this and there is not a fix. Sounds like they should honor the warranty. ai get the run around when calling, after 1hr plus hold I am informed the team said there were no pictures in my gallery. I have never deleted any. I JUST WANT A NEW CAMERA AND MOULTIE TO HONOR THIER WARRANTY.

    I have 3 feeder timers that all got water in them and ruined the electric components inside. I contacted the company and sent In all pictures requested only to get the response this will not be covered under the warranty. All of the timers were recently installed and were ruined within 3 weeks. 2 out of the 3 made it a weekend

    March 3,2022, I placed an order with Pradco Outdoor Brands for ** ****** ************ ********* **** with **** ***** signature on each lure with the color a Gold and Tan. The total cost was $200. The fishing lures that I received were the ****** ******** Image with no **** ***** signature and the color was purple. Each box and lure were incorrectly labeled none of the lures match what the label said that it was supposed to be. I contacted Pradco with the number and email that was on the packing slip leaving at least 10 messages with absolutely no response to let them know the products that I was sent were not the ones I ordered that each one of them were mislabeled. I would like Pradco to send me the correct fishing lures not the mislabeled ones, completely wrong lures that I was sent.

    The fishing lure product in question with the **** ***** signature was discontinued several years ago, but there was imagery of the Spit'n Image on the *********** website. This should have been deleted and led the consumer to believe **** *****'s signature was on the lure. This issue has been corrected today (4/26/2022) and imagery has been removed. PRADCO Customer Service representative talked to the consumer who filed the complaint today, and the consumer said he may have overlooked a communication e-mail about the situation or it may have went into his junk file. Regardless, PRADCO has refunded the consumer $200 and given him a $100 gift card for future purchases on ***********. ******* apologized on behalf of the company, and corrective actions have been taken to clear up the confusion. We have not been able to find the 10 voice mails the consumer said he left and will continue to look for them in our system. ** Submitted for ****** *********** by ***** *******, VP and GM of PRADCO Fishing. ************. ********@pradcofishing.com
