***** the receptionist has a horrible attitude. When scheduled I arrived to find a ***** receptionist who did not want to be at work. I immediately felt I was bothering her. My Dr ****** told me for 5 days they had not received my mri. I called and left a message at BPI and got no reply. Called again the next day and ***** answered. She was rude and talked over me on the phone. She told me they sent the mri but my dr was saying it was not in my file. I do not recommend this imaging center. There are so many more out there that treat you nice and follow through with sending your mri. ***** needs a new job! Maybe one she likes.
