In 05/2008 my gas card through a healthcare agency for seniors was terminated because I changed healthcare providers. Every month since then (16 yrs) I have been receiving a statement from this company charging $1 for "Statement Printed And Mailed Fee". **************** will not correct this and instead demand all of my personal information as "verification" of the account.After giving them the information requested they wanted "one more thing", per **** the customer service agent---my phone number. ********, I declined because I already gave them everything else. The *** then said she couldn't help me then. Appalling dysfunction. i want to give this company negative stars. zero stars. no stars. they are theives. my whole check was deducted from my account in four withdrawals. When i called them to ask about it. they claim they could not verify my identity. when I finally spoke to someone. they promised to send a dispute form via email. it never came. I called back twice. I never received it. I begged them to send by mail and was informed that it would take **** days. it came over two weeks later. I had to pay for overnight delivery because they said if i didn't submit the form on time. my claim would be denied. even though i jumped through hoops they STILL DENIED my dispute. REFUED TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!! they never sent me a letter to advise why it was denied. when i call they refuse to tell me over the phone. they say wait for the letter to be remailed and the mail never comes! This company stole over $500 dollars from me! they are uncaring. insensitive and inadequate. take all your money out this bank ASAP! they do this to people at my job weekly.This was written for a friend!!!Review from Ariel D.

They will throw you around in circles and not help especially when it comes to getting paid. Everything lines up with my employer and payroll but this company insist that there is nothing they can do when all the information is correct. They told me that I would have to email corporate in order to get paid. I should not have to go through the ringer to get paid especially when everything lines up with my employer and payroll. This company is ridiculous and will not help out with any information or try to resolve the issue. I'm not the only one who has been having this issue and my employer now knows not to use this pay card company ever again.
