    This is by far the most absolute worst company *** ordered from online! EVER!! They delivered the wrong item to me. I ordered Two pairs of KIDS shoes, ****** 12s in October 2024yet received a pair of all white men Air Force ones.Was instructed to go to the store to return. They gave me complete h*** at the store but finally took the incorrect item back. Im still without my kids shoes. Received partial refund, the price of the men shoe which was about the same as one of the kids sneakersbeen trying since October to get remaining balance refunded. Now Im being told since its past 60 days. They cant do anything to resolve it. *** sent several emails since October and called only to be told its being escalated.

    HIBBETT SPORT ATTEND TO GIVE OUT FALSE INFORMATION WITH THE PROMTION. THEY OFFER DEALS ONLINE FOR YOU TO SHOP AND DO IN STORE PICK UP. WHEN EVER TRYING TO PICK UP IN STORE **** WILL SHOW OUT OF STOCK. WHEN I WALK IN THE STORE THE **** BE IN THE ***** IN STOCK. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. THEY OFFER 3 TO 5 DAYS FOR SHIPPING WHEN ****S ARE TAKING OVER WEEKS TO COME IN. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH COMPANY AND WILLBE SPENDING MY MONEY WITH OTHER COMPANIES. PLUS, I NEVER WIN SHOE RAFFLES.

    It is fast approaching a month and I still haven't received my online order. I ve attempted to try to resolve it via the companys virtual assistant which is not very user friendly and which is apparently not even recognizing my order number I've reached out to the courier to no avail. Speaking of courier, this appears to be part of the problem. My package has been in transit - but has not moved in over a week according to tje couriers website. I don't know who's responsible but all I know is I am extremely disappointed in the service and ease or lack thereof in receiving what I've paid for.

    Visited the ******** location ********************************************************************************** on 10/ approximately 3:51 PM. The cashier was ****** cashier number ******. She helped me with my purchase. I spent approximately $132 she was very rude. She was on the line with a female which was on speaker Female on the other end several profane words, MF , how, b**** and the cashier was like it was OK responding back to her and there was another cashier that wasnt too pleased about it and they had a conversation and she asked her. Why did she have her phone on speaker and ****** said she didnt give a F*** they had no business listening to my conversation , I was very close to telling her to never mind waiting on me. I will go somewhere else but I really wanted that garment so I went on but however, the next customer may very well say I dont want it. I dont want the purchase and thats losing money for Hibbetts Its very unprofessional and unfair to the customers to hear this type of conversation going on when youre trying to purchase something, someone needs to have a conversation with ****** because thats not acceptable and very unprofessional.

    I bought over 200 dollars worth of hats at a city gear in ******* while I was on vacation in June of 2024. I asked if the hats that were not my size, could be delivered in the correct size to my home in *************. I have been calling over and over and getting told theres no way to refund unless I go to a store. There are no stores near me. Eventually got told there would be a return label shipped to me and still nothing. We are in October now and they still havent sent one.

    I spend ****** a year on shoes with this company. Ordered a pair of ****** 12 black and wolf gray online for in store pick-up for today 9/30/24. The store let me know they shipped the only pair they had 12 minutes before I got receipt email 11:43. Talked to customer service which was very rude multiple people also talked to someone at corporate that was just as rude. Called at least 10 times and know one answered. I also used $40 worth of awards points that if they could have put back on my account but told me I had to wait 72 hours the company is pathetic and the biggest problem is the are also **** so I guess I will have JD, Footlocker ECT to shop with.

    They ****. They should go out of business. They charged me $266 when Ipurchased a pair of sneakers off of their website, which I chose to have shipped to me in **. They were supposedly shipped from *********- a 13 hour drive. Well , its been *********************************** transit tried to reach out to customer service who echoed just that- its still in transit so there is nothing we can do. Im not sure there were ever any shoes to begin with. Im not sure what to do, and at what point do I try to get a refund. She said at this point its between me and the postal service. Unbelievable. Never again.

    Order placed on 9/6/24. Status is saying awaiting carrier pick ****** since 9/10/24. Have called several times to receive a refund because as of 9/22/24 still havent received product. They make you wait 10 days to ask for refund then additional 5 days to investigate. This was told to me after a bunch of random excuses as to why my item hasnt shipped. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with this company again, BUYERS BEWARE!!

    Had an employee send shoes to a different address even after he asked for my name and number now I am getting the run around about getting my money back. This is at the ************* location located in *****************. They are sending the shoes to a person with a whole different name, address, even city!! Its a shame that customers have to deal with THEIR EMPLOYEES MISTAKES!! Do better!
