Unfortunately on 1/14/25 I had to visit the office. They came up with this "save your spot" DISASTER! I saved my spot for 2:10pm BUT by the time I left it was 5:00pm!! I was NOT feeling well at all (respiratory virus). Waiting to be seen even made me worse. My doctor had an emergency out of the country and recommended I go to urgent care. NEVER EVER will I go to this unprofessional place again!!. Whoever came up with this gimmick to 'save your spot' needs their head examined!! I was told by the provider (****) this policy NEVER WORKED from day one!!I am shocked a place like this was SOO UNORGANIZED!! I provider for ***** people. WOW When I finally left, there were 15 sick people waiting to be seen!! A shame and a pity.

DO NOT GO HERE! The doctor was nice enough but the front desk staff are straight up rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. Never in my life have I ever been spoken to so patronizing by someone who is supposed to help you. I have been dealing with a referral they were supposed to send over three weeks ago. Referring clinic said they never received it. Ask them over a week ago to send it again. Called today to find out exactly when they sent it so I could call the doctor to schedule a much needed appointment. ****** REFUSED to tell me when the second referral was sent, raised her voice multiple times, avoided my specific question asking what date/time it was sent so new office could find it. I can only assume it was never sent a second time. UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE, PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO!

Irritable and angry DR. *** medical aid. Very intense angry tone and rapid rate of speech. On edge, sarcastic, hostile. I was discriminated against due to the nature of the concern I had, tests I asked for, and stigmatized. Sunday 9/15 at 9:30 in the morning. So much for person centered patient carethere was negative any of that!!

I had a very bad experience with Urgent Care at *********************, **. When there because of a rash that appeared overnight while doing some remodeling. I thought it was a heat rash, but went to Urgent Care to check it. The residing Practitioner didnt do his diligence in asking questions before making a blatant misdiagnosis. A good doctor asks questions before making a diagnosis and to assure that hes protecting the well being of his patients. The doctor looked at the rash for about two seconds and automatically diagnosed it as Scabies. Working for a healthcare services provider, I had to report this to my employer. After a day I researched this diagnosis and found it to be incorrect. ******* rash does not appear in 36 hours, but takes weeks to months to spread. The fact that I was also taking an anti inflammatory medication increases the chance of a heat rash. I contact the administrator of AFC the owner of Urgent care and they have not responded or taken any action to compensate the costs to my employer for disinfecting the premises and vehicle or lost wages. They dont take any responsibility for their negligence at all. It worries me that this practice will continue to misdiagnose future patients from plain negligence! Maybe your state agency can hold these people accountable for their actions.*********************************

I was seen for an issue with my knee. Went to the facility in ****. Overall, it took too long. There was no one and I mean no one in the building, but me yet I sat in a room for far too long. No one even came to check on me or keep me updated or even pretend like they care. I did get an xray and PA (there was NO doctor on site) said he would refer me to an orthopedic doctor. He never did. I found one on my own. Warp speed to this month -7/2024- and all of a sudden I am getting a bill for $50 co pay. Which I am certain I paid upon arrival. I have called them twice now and both ladies said I would not be seen until I pay copay and show insurance. SIXTEEN months later they want me to pay $50 co pay. Where do they get this from and why has it taken so long? I called the # three times only to get employees with very heavy accents. Several times I respectfully asked them to slow down or repeat what they said because I did not understand. I was told I could dispute charge and paperwork would be sent to me. It never came Another phone call and I find out they have no such thing. who should I believe? Since when can a bill be sent wayyyyy after the visit and what took so long? I would not go there again even though the location is very close to home. I will go further to get better care for sure

The absolute worst place ever . A witch doctor would likely give better service . They either don't answer your call or transfer you to someone who is unavailable and your call is then disconnected. Horrible, terrible and miserable.

I went to AFC in Queens on 1/2/24 due to a sore throat. I called AFC and my insurace company to confirm they were in my health insurance network. I confirmed AFC is in my healthcare network. The staff was polite and the doctor was proficient and I was prescribed medication to treat my ailment. I was so impressed with the care I received when I was sick that when my child started to feel unwell on 1/9/24 I took her there for treatment. Yet again excellent medical care and the staff was great. That is where the praise ends. Once the bills came in it has been a pure nightmare that has overshadowed the amazing care we received. I've been battling with AFC for over 2 months to get these bills payed. The billing department is incompetent and continue to fail at processing my claims properly. Ive called my insurance company 4 times and they informed me the AFC claims department continue to submit my referrals out of network, but they are in-network! I call AFC billing 4 seperate times to inform them to resubmit my claims to my insurance in -network, but they continue to process them out of network to make more money from patients. Its unethical, unprofessional and deceptive.

I was feeling sick and went there to see if I could get the care I needed back on January 26, 2024. I specifically asked the receptionist lady if I would need to co-pay or pay out of pocket for my visit as I have a very good **************** (IDK if they put it wrong or if that is an internal code, but on the paper I got from them, the insurance column doesnt say Anthem, it says ** BCBS).I never pay when I go to Southwest in **********, but I ask, just to make sure as I am always very attentive to these details, the receptionist told me I would not be charged anything and I agreed in seeing the doctor.I waited for almost an hour for a guy to come in and he was not even a real ******* ***** know much how to proceed the conversation and simply put me to wait for over 30 min again. He came back, gave me prescription and when I was leaving, I went to the receptionist and double checked if we were even, she confirmed I would not be charged anything!Today, over a month later, what a surprise, I got a huge bill, $196.31 they say I owe.I called right away, the billing people heard me and put the manager of the place, ******, on the line as well, I explained everything that happened, but nothing was solved, they keep saying that it was a misunderstanding from my end! (How convenient)! Before having insurance, the most I paid for an Urgent Care visit was $150, but in this place they charge $262 and to see a bad professional, they lie to you, they hide information, and they do not stand behind their word, they rip you off, and the most you will get is a big headache.Avoid as much as you can going to this place, or be ready to be lied and ripped off!I am very disappointed with my experience with them!
