on March the 16th 2021 I arrived at Randy's Auto Sales to purchase a vehicle because of the fact that ***** who is a co-owner of the business is my mother ************************* best friend. ******* the other co-owner was there that day and showed us my fiance and I drove several different vehicles to test. When we got into the 2009 ***** Accord, immediately upon cranking the vehicle ,my fiance , *******************************, who is a mechanic noticed a tick in the motor. After finishing the test drive and going back into the office to sit down and discuss the buying of the car ,my fiance told ******* and ***** ,the owners of Randy's Auto Sales about the tick in the motor. They both reassured us that the previous owner had been their nephew and it was bought brand new and if something went wrong with the Motor , then we'll deal with as long as I was making my payments on time. That I would not be left without a vehicle. These were the exact words spoken to us. My fiance told ******* and ***** the owners that he was going to hold them to that statement . Date of the transaction that I purchased the vehicle was March the 16th 2021. I put a $1,500 deposit on a ***** Accord 2009 VIN number 1HGCP2 6 8 8 9 8 0 0 7 4 3 4 . I paid with a check. The total amount owed to ***** Auto Sales was $7,000 . So, I made every car payment was of $250 per month. I did not miss a payment . I maintained full coverage insurance on the car .My finance was for a total of 28 payments. The last payment to ***** Auto Sales was the day I drove the car to dealership because it would not run correctly. He told me that the motor had blew up in the car. An employee took my car, drove it into a ********* stood there ,said to him that I have to have a vehicle today. I have to work. *******, the owner, said that I would have to pay him a $1000.00 down lon another car. My mom wrote a check for that amount. That car was a Kia ***** that broke down 20 days after the deposit. I want my ***** Accord back and fixed.
