I tried to call this company today to discuss other concerns with my thermostat and I got a guy that was an absolute jerk put me back into the queue for the queue to ask over and over and over and over and over finally got somewhere on hold for 16 minutes this is a garbage company what the h*** is wrong with you that this is how you treat your consumers... and I can't even figure out if this is **************** to send this complaint to... that jerk should've put me through the department instead of the moron put me back in the queue in the queue in the queue in the queue in the queue how would you like it!

If you have the name of the person you contacted that would be greatly appreciated so that way we can address the issue.However, you mentioned that you have issues with your thermostat. If you have a Daikin One Thermostat, please call ************ option 4 to get assistance with the Daikin One and Daikin One Plus thermostat. If you do not have a Daikin One Thermostat, please let us know what brand it is so we direct you to the place that can assist you with your issue.
