    I purchased a vehicle from them almost 2 months ago ( proof of trade in and purchased in supported information documents) and they JUST sent a payoff quote. I was hit with almost a 70 drop in credit score for a missed payment on a vehicle that was traded in and signed over almost 2 months ago. And it took so long for them to send it that the payoff amount changed and there is still a balance due. And GOOD LUCK getting a manager or anyone in charge of anything to answer a phone, respond to an email, or respond to a left voice message.

    I have spoken with the customer on 9/23 at ******. To correct this issue, I have reached out to Ally to get this matter resolved for the customer. I have sent a request to get the derogatory **** removed.

    I bought a 2014 ridgeline on may 31 2024..Dealer did not give me any of the paperwork I signed . Including the info i needed to insure and get tag for. After many attempts to get dealer to call they finally emailed me the tag paperwork. Since then i have not received any of the finance forms I signed .and again have repeatedly called the finance manager.8 days ago he told me after i finally got him to answer he told me he would check and call me in a few minutes. Its been a week still no call. I don,t even know who the finance part is with! These People are worst customer service in ********************** They have stalled me too long.

    I purchased a car from this dealer ship that had a couple of scratches and was provided a written and verbal promise to repair the scratches. It has been almost 4 months and I have yet to receive the repair. I contacted the company and was promised that this issue would be rectified and it is now going on two months without this issue getting addressed. I need the areas fixed and the services repaired without excuses and manipulation.

    The Honda dealership offered us a contract that stipulated a monthly payment of $663.24.When we received our first bill, the amount billed $764.48.We signed to pay $663.24 and want our monthly payment at the level we signed a contract for.

    I took my 2020 Passport to Honda dealership in Decatur ******* on 06/09/23 because the vehicle has automatic start. When stopped at a traffic light, stop signal or in traffic, the vehicle would not go start back up. I had the same problem in September 12,2022 last year and the battery was replaced at the Honda dealership in ********** **. I had a 3 year free replacement warranty. On 06/09/2023, Service Advisor ********************** waited on me and failed to notice the battery was under warranty. I was charged $234.95. I was in there today for a recall on my radio and brought my paperwork and showed him the warranty. The manager said she couldnt give me my money back because I should have brought it in last month. She said, I can get credit for the battery in getting oil changed until I get to the balance of $234.95. Its not right, I shouldve got a refund in cash or put back on my credit card. I am very disappointed because I have bought 3 vehicles from Honda. I will never do business with them again.

    I bought a certified use vehicle from Shottenkirk and traded a perfectly good vehicle inn on the the used vehicle. I did not have the vehicle 2 weeks and noticed that something was wrong with the sterling system. The drag link and tie rods were shot. It fell under the Warenty. They said they would fix it. Gave me a loner car. But a week later they found out the parts where on back order and was going to take 3 weeks or longer to get in. We are on week 5 now. So the told me to bring the loner car back. Told me my vehicle was ok to drive till the parts come in. I am driving around on a compromised steering system. I cant get anyone to call me back to answer any questions I am having. I feel like I am being taken advantage of. Like I they ignore me long enough. I ll just go away. Also I am a disabled combat vet. With a service dog. And thats the reason I had to give the loner car up. Cause the cant have any animals in their car.

    10-3-2022    We just received notice of a complaint from ****************. We have already been in contact with him and were able to finally get access to back ordered parts to repair his Jeep. He is currently in a vehicle and we are getting it towed to our CDJR location in GA to get it repaired at no additional cost to him.

    We purchased a 2022 honda crv and finance with there preferred lender.We came to know after 10 days that they added a warranty worth $10 K without our knowledge and when contacting back they blamed us for not reading the documents and informed us that as we came back within 30 days they would cancel and refund us the amount .But that did not happen, Sales manager ***** is never available to talk nor he calls back .

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Tried contacting Sales Manager ***** several times via phone and went to showroom , We are aware any cancellation takes time but adding a warranty without customers knowledge is unacceptable.

    when we came to showroom to check with *********************** told he was busy and he sent Mr.Caleb to talk with us , Mr.Caleb told us couple of warrantys cannot be cancelled , Like Love **** and etc .

    Its the communication that is the problem , Even Honda contacted you several times , I think you gave response to honda after 3-4 Attempts .

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They says they got my signature, I was not told or explained about the ************** that they have sold to me without informing me , again accusing me of signing the documents.

    I was given couple of documents to sign as i did a trade in with them , I had my one year old with me and he was fussy in that hurry i signed documents without going through in detail .

    i am not a fool to purchase a warranty worth $10k and again come back to cancel and waste my time .

    i missed the phone i called back and was told they will

    leave a message to manager which happens every time .

    I even left a email .
