    After several years of service with Superior Lawn Care, over the past 12-18 months our backyard was not being properly treated. (See attached pictures) After several attempts over a period of a few months to return the lawn to it's previous state, in discussion with Mr. *******, he agreed that the only remaining option was to completely resod. After being called to inspect the damage Mr. ******* immediately agreed that the damage occurred due to improper treatment of our lawn by the Superior Technician assigned to our account. During the time that Mr. ******* attempted to reverse the damage we continued all of our multiple service contracts (Tree and Shrub, Mosquito and lawn care). When it was clear that the only resolution was to completely resod our back lawn, the owner  refused to take appropriate action to correct the issue.

    In regards to the lawn care services being provided I visited the property in spring on 2021 and did observe some major decline in the area of zoysia in the back lawn area. I never could agree that things were not treated properly but rather that something was wrong and I wanted to fix it. Sharon was very patient in letting me provide several applications on the lawn over the summer of 2021 but the results were not fast enough to suffice the both if us. In fall of 2021 with permission from the owner  and the request from Mrs. ****, I came back to the lawn to place squares of new sod. This sod had not rooted yet (over the winter) and Mrs. **** called me back out there wanting the whole yard newly sodded. I still believe I can bring the lawn back and think it is fair to let the new sod I installed to root and grow into the existing lawn area. Though I did agree with her that ripping it all out and starting over would be a fast fix.
    For the record, there was no charges for any of the back lawn applications I applied or the sod I installed. I also will work with Mrs. **** on that back lawn for no charge until we can make the results desired at anytime.

    I will restate my best judgement on this issue. Re-sodding the entire area was presented to me as the "only" option to satisfy Mrs. ****.
    Re-sodding is the only fix to correct the lawn (as a fast fix). And I did agree with that statement based on the quick fix. But, as a lawn professional for over 25 years I know I can get the lawn in it's best shape and I would still love to do so. This can be done without re-sodding

    Re-sodding is the only fix to correct the lawn. "Fast fix" was never a part of our discussions. After numerous treatments to "fix" the lawn, we discussed "the only solution" was to re sod the lawn. On two separate occasions, I have two different witnesses to the discussions with Mr. *******. My lawn would not have gotten in such poor condition if the Superior technician had been properly assessing and treating my lawn.

    Mr. ******* states: But, as a lawn professional for over 25 years I know I can get the lawn in it's best shape and I would still love to do so. This can be done without re-sodding." As he is aware, I have discontinued Superior Lawn Care and now am working with another lawn care service.

    Again, I will pursue this issue if needed.

    We are willing to work on the lawn at no charge as previously stated.

    I am rejecting this response because: The Superior tech who treated my lawn did not assess and treat appropriately causing the lawn to be diseased and unhealthy. To this day it has not recovered. Mr. ******* did say "the only way to fix the lawn is to re-sod it". I have two witnesses on two separate occasions who heard him.  Superior should pay to have my yard re-sodded. Again, I will pursue this!
