    I had purchase a 2012 Jeep Patriot from America's Car-Mart here in Enterprise. In January I took the Jeep in for a leak. The service advisor had said the oil pan was not tightened. They had fixed it but the Jeep wasn't running right. I took it back and service advisor said it was the transmission. They had ordered an transmission and waited ten days for the transmission to come in. The transmission was the wrong transmission. Car-Mart said transmission is an AFT and the the transmission is a CVT and wait for the right one to come in. Another ten days of waiting transmission came in. They couldn't get the transmission to read and sending to another car shop. They order another transmission for the same problem. Then they said it was the sensors then they said it was the wiring harness for the transmission ordered another transmission. Now they're saying it's the transmission is not reading with the computer for the Jeep and six months Car-Mart had the Jeep. The payments are never late and still paying for I only had driven for nine months and Car-Mart had it for six months. I've been looking for legal help but no luck. I'm trying not to get a Mechanical Repossession what they are offering. My sister and I are sharing a car and it's an big inconvenience for the both of us. Cancelling doctor's ************ and personal events for our jobs is an big inconvenience for us. America's Car-Mart never offered a loaner car because it's not in the warranty plan I got to cover for the repairs for the Jeep Patriot. I have called customer service to file a complaint and never heard anything from them. Calling America's Car-Mart and getting response back that looks positive. I'm reaching out to see if I can get some help with my problem. I'm high appreciate for your time.

    I made my final payment on March 13 I was told when payment was made I will have title in 30 days I called back 2 months later after not receiving my title I was told by rep I had 1 more payment she stated last payment was in February 13 2023 , I then spoke with supervisor ******** she requested I send in bank statements showing I made last payment which I did, I been trying reach her for 4 months now and still no resolution, I never been late since my purchase i need my title and this resolved asap

    I have a had nothing but problems with this car I am wanting something different Ive had bunji cords hanging from my car that I have found and it also had to get *********** when I got it they fixed it ** my warranty was still in tacked my warranty is out now and my head gasket and cylinder head blew and they are putting a new motor in it but they are charging me for the work they are doing and expecting me to continue making the car payments while they have had my car a whole week and havent fixed it yet and wont give me a loaner car until it is ready
