Zero stars. The manager ***** went ballistic because I ask her a question about credit card fees. I've been a faithful client of theirs for the past 3 years & pay cash by credit card. The last 2 times I've been there, they've charged me double credit card fees bc I pay when I go back & then theres been another charge & therefore an extra fee. Today, i was slated to have a tooth pulled but when charged, the lady said it looks like it's only going to be $39 today! Then i was told there was going to be another charge to pull tooth, what??? When i questioned it to find a solution..... ***** said there nothing she could do. I could tell she was getting upset so i offered the solution of maybe next time letting me pay just once. I was ready to move on & have the procedure. I thought that would descalate her but it did not. Instead, she continued at me argumentively. I finally said, maam im thru.... this is over! But no, she continued on trying to tell me how I had started ******* was my fault, etc., etc. At one point she postured toward me by taking a step & hitting her chest with her fist!!! She was maybe 5 ft away, so I just quickly did the same thing to show her, her bad behavior but quickly said, Im just showing u what u just did. I thought she would come to her senses and stop! Nope! Her eyes widened as if she was being threatened (yes, exactly, how i felt). In 62 years, ive never seen a manager act this way. I tried to talk to the dentist who said he was only any employee. Afterward, i reached out to speak to another supervisor but the office said that ****** was the only one in charge of the place. I'm a successful business woman and pay cash for all my ************** am in financially good standing with no debt owed to that clinic (on ***********). This manager should be fired.

    To Whom It May ********

Unfortunately,we cannot comment on the specifics of any complaint due to HIPAA restraints.

I can state that generally when patients receive same day treatment, we must collect additional payment for these services.  Patients are asked to pay for an exam and x-ray before they are taken back to determine what the patients problem is, what procedure will be required to resolve the problem, and to see if we have the time to address the issue the same day.  Once this has been determined, a treatment plan is prepared and presented to the patient which gives total cost for the needed services, what insurance will cover if applicable, and what the out-of-pocket expense will be.  If the patient elects to have same day treatment and our doctor has the availability, patients will be asked to pay for these services before treatment begins.

There are no additional fees when multiple transactions are made, so that shouldnt have been an issue; the total amount would be the same with multiple transactions.

Lastly, we are very proud of our Team Leaders at all our offices.  They maintain a level of professionalism that is unrivaled, although it is not always easy when dealing patients that are often in pain or not processing the information clearly.  It is unfortunate and very rare for us to have to separate from a patient.  However, should a patient be unwilling to abide by our policies and procedures, we would ask them to find a new dental provider.

This was the most miserable, judgmental and downright cruel dental office I've ever spent my LAST $40 on. I gave this office all my money down to the last dollar and they had the audacity to judge me by saying" your teeth look like they belong to a 55 year old but on a 26 year old such as yourself!!!" This was said by the doctor but I felt jusge from the moment I stepped foot into this establishment. They did not offer any treatment care or medication for pain and basically shoved me out the door as quickly as they could as if the very sight of me made them cringe. I've never felt so humiliated, so put down like I was beneath them socially, in my entire life. I demanded a refund for the nonexistent treatment or care provided, rather just their cruelty, judgement and mean stares, and was laughed at then pushed out the establishment.

Unfortunately, we cannot comment on the specifics of any complaint due to HIPAA restraints.

I can state that generally if a patient presents with a problem needing specialized care, we are unable to do treatment in our office and provide a referral to a specialist. It is our office policy to collect for the doctor's **** and x-ray at each visit.  If a patient is unhappy or unwilling to abide by our policies and procedures, we will consider a refund and ask them to find a new dental provider.
