  In April of 2022, my husband and I signed an agreement with *********************************** and Ridlon Contracting LLC to complete an 600 square ft addition to our home.  The project end date as agreed was August 2022. The project amount was ******* dollars, all of which has been paid except ****** which is being held because the project is still very much incomplete. As of May 2023, the project remains incomplete and throughput there have many delays due the contractors failures.  Mr ********************** would not respond appropriately to our inquiries about the delays, and would become hostile and threatening each time. Due to the continuing delays which have impacted our lives for a year, we decided to have someone else complete the job hence the remaining ******.   The contractor is well beyond his completion date and the work is still incomplete. The cost to complete the work is unknown and because he violated the agreement we had every right to terminate him as it was stated in the agreement.

   

  This contractor is a very dangerous person to be licensed Snd serving the public. We never once missed paying according to the draw schedule. We even fronted the project with ****** dollars in April of 2023, and he did not start any work until August of 2022, when the agreed start date was June 2, 2022 

  The contractor is now threatening our assets and property when he is the one at fault  Note: Mr ********************** is very untruthful and is dishonest in his words and actions  

  I want the lien to be removed. I want him to refund me for the work that was not completed.

  First off, I would like to start out by saying every single thing that this woman has listed is a total one other lie I have documentations hundreds of text messages, multiple emails and phone call logs and recordings to validate and back up and prove everything that she is saying is the title lie. Shes your typical run-of-the-mill customer that thinks that they can pull stuff over and get away with it and I have to pay their bills. I have been in business for 20 years and have hundreds of projects under my belt with all five star reviews I have multiple customers that are willing to go testify against this couple and their untrue accusations. Also have majority of contractors that will be willing to testify against them in the court, regarding their lack there of a manipulative Ways. I have uploaded start to finish pictures of their project being completed. We were six days away from completion, and they decided that they were not going to pay their final bill so now they are going around slandering. I have multiple images that I can upload of her slandering me online with foul vulgar language indirect attacks against me. Im the one that had a place a lien on the property for their  negligence. If I was in the wrong in any way, shape or form, I would not place a lien on someones property. Her dates and times are even incorrect that are listed once again Ill be glad to provide any documentation to clear this issue up with anyone that has questions or needs proof. My attorney will also be glad to provide any additional information needed along with pictures, documents, text messages, emails, recorded phone calls Contracts, etc. I asked anyone please contact me to receive any information that is needed to prove this disgruntled person wrong.

  Correction:  In my prior complaint statement, I mentioned the contractor was fronted $30,000 in ***** of 2023; the correct date, however, is ***** 2022.
  
  ** response to Mr. ********************** rebuttal statement, we can only speak to our  dealing with Ridlon Contracting LLC and state factually that the experience was beyond prolonged agony.  
   
  Mr **********************'s erroneous declaration that the project was ending six days before his firing is just conjecture since finishing the incomplete work would be impossible with his crew of two.
