Horrible customer service. Put me off for 2 days and when he finally came horrible Attitude. Tried to charge $*** more than original quote from the day before. Was not very friendly and just rude. Even made up a lie to get more money and his brother came yesterday and gave me a quote. Never use this company

A gentleman named Mr. Harris called and requested that a 10x16 building be moved. He was asked when he called if there would be any issues getting the building in or out and he said "No". He was quoted a price of $*** for the job. He was told when he called that I was extremely busy but would work him in. My brother went to the location on 2/14/22 to move the building. He then discovered that the building wasn't a 10x16, it was actually a 12x16. The building is sitting completely under the eve of another building. My brother told a female at this location that it would take more than just him and his rollback to move the building and that he would be back on 2/15/22. He and I both returned on 2/15/22. I assessed the situation to see how to get the building out without damaging it or the one next to it. It was determined that a piece of equipment would have to be brought in to slide the building over to get it out from under the eve of the other one. I advised the female that bringing the equipment in and because the building was larger than I was originally told, there would be an additional $*** charge. She got upset about the additional charge. She got Mr. Harris, who originally called me, on the phone. She gave me the phone to explain the situation to him. He understood and said to move the building by whatever means necessary. I gave the phone back to the female and she continued to get irate stating that she would not pay the additional cost. At that point, I decided for my safety and my brothers that we leave the property. I do not work for free. I've been in this business for many years and my brother and I are probably the most qualified building movers in my area.

The storage unit was explain a week ago that it was a 12x 24 unit. I even went to the dealership I bought it from to give exact measurements. They knew in advance. Making excuse is poor customer service and also stating getting out of there for their safety was not true. I weight 100 lbs with 2 small children that were with me so again making up excuses and lies does not do this situation any justice. When your brother came out the day before it should have been said then that you raised the price. You had my number. It changing a price on the spot is really unreasonable and inconsiderate. Think about it who wouldn't be upset. Then trying to play the petty role you were scared for your safety. No not from a small women with 2 kids. All I am saying is to be honest about the whole situation because this story you made up to write on here ia not true.

I do not work for free and do not have time to argue with difficult customers. From what I understand, all other building movers in town have refused this job. Good luck.
