            I paid $**** for the foundation guys to fix my foundation. They said they fixed it but I will never know.. after what happens next I highly doubt it. My land needed repaired by bringing several 3/4ton loads of chirt, top soil and rip rap. **** ******* the owner paid for one load of each s rented 1 skid steer and 1 mini excavator on day. They paid $*** for one 24x20 inch drain pipe, laid it and covered it with chirt to make it across one of the easements. After the fact I found out he didn’t connect the pipe to the existing pipe and then I had to borrow one of his workers teuck and trailer to drive and pick up the second pipe. That was day 1, day 2 they rent two mini skid steers knowing they had land to dig. I give them $*** to go rent to mini excavator and they dug out at least a truck load of top soil. Got the machines stuck. After 3 hours of work **** calls a tow truck whom backs into my front yard destroying the yard. He pulls each equipment out and takes them back and leaves.. when I contact **** asking where he went. Knowing the rain was coming in the next day and they had all of the top soil sitting in the center of my easement, he made false accusations to me via text. Made up lie after lie and said he wouldn’t come back. Contacted my attorney and told him good luck getting blood out of a turnip and hung up. Trying to locate the real address to **** to sue him, I find out that there is already a suit against him.. I threw away $**** that I had paid him half for the land and **** did just enough work not to go to jail for theft of service. So I will now be suing and apparently waiting in line to never get my money back.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND **** *******
