    A month ago I took my wedding ring to get sized, the owner ******************* told me it would be ready in a week. I came a week later to pick up ****************** ring and his business was closed. The next day I went by his jewelry store and he said he was sick and hadn't gotten to it, give him another week. I did that. The following week I went and the business was closed. And has been closed every day since. The phone voice-mail is full and there are tons of notes on the door other customers have taped requesting a call back from him to get their jewelry back. I can not get in touch with the business. I would like my wedding ring back.

    I brought a ring in for resizing on 11-25-2022, paid in advance for the work. I was told it would take about a week. I went to pick up the ring and the solder job was horrible work and the stone in the ring had been cracked. I was told they would replace the stone and fix the ring. They would call me when its readyin a couple weeks. Never heard from them. I have checked on the ring several times, each time getting a different excuse as to why its not ready. Went back on 2-9-23 and they were unable to find my ring, was told it was there somewhere and he would call me or replace the ring. I went back on 2-20-23, after never hearing anything else, and was told that he would just replace the ring. I asked why the original could not be found. I was then told I was silly for wanting to see the damaged ring when he was telling me he would replace it.
