I would not recommend. I will give them 2 stars instead of 1 because some of the foundational stuff seems to be solid. However, there were a lot of mistakes. Not only did everything take months longer than it should have, I can somewhat look past that because of getting materials and whatnot. The real problem was the lack of communication. There were times that I would try daily, sometimes multiple times daily for a week to get a response and would hear nothing. Eventually, I had to get males in my life to reach out to get a response, which feels misogynistic. They did not listen to many things, completing projects in a sloppy way or not completing them all the way. This ranges from my lean to breaking because it was disconnected and not reconnected, to the electrical not being brought up to code when that was in the contract, to just sloppy paint and dry wall jobs. We are still having to repair things they worked on regularly. Most recently, we learned they still have a lien taken out on our house despite having completed the payments months ago. It's been almost a year since they were hired and we're discovering new problems regularly. I would not hire them again.

I can not speak to your calls not getting answered. I guarantee you if you dial our office number ************ your call will be answered or returned if you leave a message. Several of our employees have been released at the end of the year. So if you were contacted them on their cell phones Im not sure about the non answered calls. This is the first about hearing these problems. We wouldve certainly addressed these concerns if we wouldve been notified. We will look into the lien on the next business day and address any and all issues. Again, contact our office in the future please at ************.

We bought a house in July of 2022 in a subdivision they built close to ***** lake park. From the day we moved in we have had nothing but issues along with hearing/seeing our neighbors issues. When we moved in our sink faucet was broke, and found out it was installed broken. It took them a month to come fix it. Our water bill was outrageous for the first two months of being here because of their error at the meter. Our hot water heater leaked for 8 months before they figured out the issue and its all because they never ran the pressure relief valve pipe outside. Its currently still in our hallway closet and when the plumber came to fix the leak, he put a cap at the bottom of the pipe which can cause even bigger problems than we already have. Because of the hot water leak, our kitchen floor has concrete coming up through the cracks. They replaced the kitchen floor once because they thought the guest bathroom toilet was leaking. It probably was because it was installed without a seal. After they fixed the floor, we continued with having issues of a wet kitchen floor and dried concrete coming through the cracks. Which they then discovered the hot water leak. This is just a small list of the issues we have had! They have been aware of these issues for almost 5 months now. Over 2 weeks ago we had one of their guys come and inspect the issues, take pictures, and document everything. They were supposed to come over a week ago to fix everything. I havent heard a word. Ill never buy a single house they build or remodel ever again.
