They are charging recurring fees for services or a subscription I did not authorize. When calling to cancel or speak to someone it is an automated message and hangs up.

I ordered a VIN report on December 16th online for $1.00, and got charged $29.95 which is intended to be a recurring charge. I did not buy a membership neither I was informed I will be charged $29.95.I called them at ************, the call was terminated and received a text message indicating:Subscription Cancellation Confirmation -------------------------------------Your subscription has been canceled. You will no longer be billed.Contact Number: ************ -------------------------------------Thank you Global Informatics LLC.I have read reports online that this company is a Scam and that they attempt to charge by-weekly and never canceled a membership to which clients did not sign up for. They have taken advantage of many people and I would like to report this activity. It seems there is no way to cancel the membership and that the company continues to charge debit cards by-weekly. Please see history of this activity by other customers *********************************************************************************************

Company stated that there was not a membership fee. You could use the service one time for $1. The *********** to my account was made 5/25/23 from Test Results,** phone ************. They have attempted every month to debit $29.95. I've been able to block it until this month. The $29.95 charge went through but it was from Find Their Report, IN, ************. I contacted their customer service number and every time you hit an option number from the menu it hangs up on you. The more confusing part is that I got a new debit card and they were still able to make the charge go through.
