Absolutely racist and disgusting business, theyve racially profiled several of my friends and truly need to close doors. Take your money elsewhere

He denied me for wearing sunglasses because it violated dress code and said denied once you can't come back for the rest of the night. I asked for manager he never answered and ignored me. To find out that he's the head of *********** friend told me not to argue with them because I can be arrested. After this he let 3 white boys in with their sunglasses when me and my friends turned around & screamed at me "can you let me do my job?" And gave him access when we got from in front of him.I never even made it towards the door to even get denied. RACIST ESTABLISHMENT.

Ive never been racially profiled before and Ive been living in ********** for 4 years now. This is the first time I blatantly been profiled.

I was ASSAULTED at this establishment by a 300+ pounds security guard. I'm new to ********** ******* and wanted to go explore the Downtown area. Myself and my daughter decided to go into this establishment..however I didn't know the background of this place. We paid to get in and went to the bar to order each of us a drink. (I'm not a drinker) got our drinks and sat down. The drink tasted like Juice (no alcohol) so I asked my daughter to go see if our drinks could be remade by the experienced bar tender (not the one in training) who made our drink interested first place. ********* started yelling at my daughter telling her "if you dont like it why don't u get a application" so me being a Manager in customer service goes up to the bar and asks her what the issue was? And why we couldn't get the drinks remade. She then starts talking crazy so I asked her isthis how u treat paying customers? She the tells the security guard to take me out. I am 140 pounds soaking wet. He was about 300+ pounds he Grabs me up drags me out of the establishment gets me to the door lifts me up and throws me out the door on the concrete. Spoke with Sammy the owner who DID NOTHING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE! I SPOKE WITH HSV POLICE..THEY DID NOTHING! I HAVE VIDEOS AND PICTURES. I was not being aggressive, I was not intoxicated I did NO WRONG besides asking for my drink to be remade. And this happened to me. I am a 45 year old woman who took my beautiful ******** daughter out..and we were TARGETS FROM THE DOOR. PLEASE LOOK AT THE REVIEWS FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE OPEN FOR BUSINESS. I AM CONTACTING A LAWYER BUT WANTED TO MAKE THIS REVIEW TO HOPEFULLY SAVE OTHERS THE HUMILIATION AND HEART BREAK. RACISM STILL EXISTS AND ITS 2024

This place is very racist. The bouncers will beat you up and kick you out, no matter whether youre male or female. This place really needs to be shut down.

My parents went to this club but they were denied entry because my dad was wearing ripped jeans but according to them the employees let two women in with ripped jeans as well but not my dad. I have seen so many reviews of employees of this facility being rude and racist on applying this stupid dress code mainly directed towards men but this place is still running and hasnt shut down. My parents are so Mexicans so they couldnt do much so thats why Im backing them up.
