We had questions about our new build and Kennedy and Sons agreed to come and take a look. I called on Monday and that Thursday an agent came out. He was extremely thorough and put our minds at ease while thoroughly explaining his assessments. He even went outside to check the entire home. We really appreciate the professionalism and quality of his visit and the quick turnaround.

We had some significant floor issues due to the settling of the house and Kennedy was one of 3 estimates we got for the repair work. All the estimates were basically the same work with some companies throwing in extras we knew we didn't need. We chose Kennedy due to their pricing, their longevity in the community (you don't survive doing shoddy work), and their guaranty. The work was done in a timely manner, they were prompt, respectful, and we are very pleased. We would recommend them to our friends and have them back again if we needed foundation work!

I met **** at the Spring Home and Garden in Huntsville Saturday. I was happy that Kennedy and Sons Sons Structural Solutions had a spot at the show as I had heard nothing but positive comments regarding their services. I explained my scenario to **** and what I had done to attempt and resolve the issue . He spoke to me as a long time friend even though we had never met before . Once he explained what they would offer we agreed that he would make an appointment and provide a solution the following week. As promised he was at my house on Wednesday and he quickly pointed out issues I had not seen or understood prior to his review . We agreed on a solution and he quickly made arrangements to have someone sooner than either of us had thought originally because of the wall being more unstable. They were on site Saturday and worked tirelessly and completed the install Saturday evening . The crew was very professional and attentive to every detail. I am extremely pleased with the results and have every confidence now knowing I can stop fretting over that headache . It was a pleasure doing business with **** but I must admit it was a complete honor that his father was with him and I was privileged to meet Mr. Kennedy and discuss business with him. What a joy that I can now say that I consider **** and Mr. Kennedy friends for life. I highly recommend these folks for any needs you may have at your home or business. I will assure you that you will be happy you did.

I recently realized that my home needed some foundation work. I had remembered seeing signs for Kennedy and Sons House Moving Company (Kennedy and Son Structural Solutions) for many years. I requested a quote online and was very quickly contacted by the company who scheduled an appointment with **** Kennedy to come to my home to do an estimate for repairs. **** was very professional and informative about what he thought I needed for my home's foundation. I had previously gotten 2 other quotes. Kennedy's quote was neither the highest nor the lowest but I thought very fair and would fix the issues. After signing the contract, *******************, the site manager, called to let me know when they would start work. The workers started a week after I had signed the contract and were finished in 3 days. The workers arrived on time, got right to work, and cleaned up the site as they went. *** kept in touch with me and came to the site to check the progress of the workers. Some of the work wasn't done to specifications and *** got the workers back to do the work correctly. We did a final walk through, and I was shown the completed work and had my questions answered. I highly recommend Kennedy and Sons. It is such a relief to feel my home is correctly repaired for the long term.

Professional service. The team installed several piers for our sinking house. Work was completed over a holiday weekend at a competitive price. They answered all of our questions. I would call them again if needed.
