I waited 2 months for an appointment here. Took off work, drove 40 minutes, and was 15 minutes early to my 1pm appointment. I was told Id have to reschedule because I wasnt 30 minutes early. I asked to speak with the manager who proceeded to gaslight me and when confronted on this she said yea I just love to gaslight entirely unprofessional and should be fired.

If I could give this office 0 stars, then I gladly would. I was given a referral from Dr. Mulrooney’s office to Dr. Edmonson’s office for a severe case of chalazions. The appointment was scheduled approximately a month out from my appointment with Mulrooney. However, three days prior to my appointment with Dr. Edmonson, I received a text message that stated my appointment was cancelled due to an emergency. I was given a number to call on the text message to reschedule my appointment, but after many failed attempts, I gave up on scheduling another appointment. I called Edmonson’s office once again to see if I would have any luck scheduling another appointment. Surprisingly, I was able to schedule an appointment a month after the call was made. Once my appointment day came, I drove all the way from Athens to her office in Huntsville and arrived five minutes after my scheduled time. After spending about 4 more minutes in the parking lot struggling to find a parking space, I called Edmonson’s office to let them know that I was in their parking lot and wanted to know if I had to wait for someone to meet me at my car due to COVID guidelines for certain doctor offices. I was told by the receptionist that no I did not have to wait in my car, but I would have to reschedule my appointment due to Dr. Edmonson having a tight schedule. She checked with Dr. Edmonson personally to see if she would still see me, but she refused and demanded that I reschedule the appointment, despite being right outside their door. I called Dr. Mulrooney’s office to see if they could send me a referral to another doctor, which led them to sending me to Dr. William Ehrlich in Birmingham. This all happened on 4/15, and Dr. Ehrlich seen me on 4/18, which led to him performing a successful surgery. Dr. Edmonson and her staff clearly do not care about their patients. They lack professionalism, and they could learn a thing or two from Dr. Mulrooney and Dr. Ehrlich and their staff.
