**** and ***** are great for my dog! They are gentle and thorough, at a fair price. And India really likes them being open on Saturdays ??

Ive used Doggie Dos before (I have 2 shih ************ have always been decent. Today I dropped my dog off at 8:30 am. I called around 2:00 to check on her because it had been significantly longer than usual. They told me they would call when she was ready.They close at 5:30 and will board your pet if you dont pick up. At 4:30, I still hadnt heard from them. It was had been 8 hours at this point. I was concerned so I drove to the groomers to pick her up. I get *********** not only hadnt been groomed, but had been left in a kennel surrounded by dogs 10x her size soaking wet and terrified. She came to me like she had been traumatized. I called my partner from the car squalling. I will NEVER use Doggie Dos again and have reached out to my friends who do to warn them. I do not recommend.

I dont recommend you bring your dog here. My last 2 visits, my dog has came back with injuries that I was not made aware of. 1st time It appeared to be some form of burn on my dogs back right leg. I called the next day asking about it. I was told oh we forgot to mention it & advised me on how to treat it." Fast forward, I bring my dog back & as I am putting her in the car, I notice a huge blood spot on my shirt. I immediately go back inside and ask why is my dog bleeding. **** an employee there, asked the others who serviced my dog. The young lady w/purple hair then said she did & that my dog was cut in the process. I asked why didn't anyone tell me. The young lady w/purple hair then said she forgot. I find it hard to believe with all the blood that was on ******* dog. Let me add that the previous time I noticed the burn, I spoke with ***, even sending her pictures of the affected area. I then asked for the owner & was told by **** that the owner was not there. The owner ******'s number was on the door. I called her & left a voice message & a text. She never called back but responded to the tex, basically telling me that the groomers are independent contract employees avoiding responsibility as she is the owner. She texted me that she is out of town and would give me a call when she returns. It has been 2 weeks since & she has made no effort to reach out to me. when something goes wrong they are not going to tell you & when you find that your precious animal has been injured in their care they will lie as if they forgot to tell you. hoping that I don't notice their neglect. I won't make the mistake of trusting them again & you shouldn't use them either. I wasn't offered anything from the owner. **** helped apply peroxide on my dog & gave me peroxide to lift the blood stains out of my shirt. I get things happen, but the lying about it & the owner not taking accountability/responsibility is too much for me. I wasn't offered anything but than excuses. My dog is 10
