I cannot recommend Coltus Roofing in **********, *******, highly enough! They recently rebuilt a deck for me, and their work was nothing short of amazing. The deck needed to be completed under a tight deadline because it was required for the closing on my house. Despite the time constraints, the team at Coltus Roofing went above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.The craftsmanship of the deck is outstanding, and they paid attention to every detail to ensure it was not only sturdy but also visually appealing. ***** arrived early for our appointment and performed a very thorough and honest inspection of my roof. Coltus was highly recommended by a good friend and they exceeded my expectations. I called ***** 10 minutes to closing and he picked up the phone. He was was very responsive and answered all my questions I had. Came out the very next day and got my leaking roof issues fixed. I detected a small leak in bdrm ceiling. Contacted Coltus Roofing for evaluation and estimate. We agreed upon a date and time and ****** arrived timely. Upon roof inspection, he suggested that the oak tree debris, which had collected around the vent pipe, was causing the rain to backup between and underneath the shingles. He graciously removed the debris from the roof and recommended that I keep an eye on the ceiling stain for any change. So it appears that a repair is not needed at this time. I did have an estimate prepared to replace the pipe ****** to prevent future water intrusion and repair the ceiling damage, should I choose to do so. I was not charged a service call, which totally surprised and pleased me. *******, and giving of one's time to 'help a neighbor', definitely warrants recognition. Work was excellent. Needed it down qhi kly be cause of approaching rain after the framing and sheathing was completed. They bent o ER backwards on a days notice to show up and do the roof. Append new roof to and existing roof. Rain came, not one leak. Good job!!Review from R Brown

We have used Coltus to inspect our roof following two major storms where our roof was subjected to 10+ hours of 48 - 60 mph sustained winds. Both times their response exceeded my expectations. The roof required a repair following the second storm. They made the repair and said the roof is in great shape. We have been homeowners for over 40 years. In that time, they are literally the first roofing company we have ever used who repaired the problem and did not try to force us into a roof replacement we did not need. They are honest, professional, polite and have restored my faith that there ARE still honest roofers out there! I recommend them highly.
