Property ******** Ms. *********************** has tricked me and harassed me and made me move out of my apartment for no apparent reason then gave me a Non-renewal Notice! Being a person of medical disability she has caused me great mental anguish, discomfort and depression (I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I HAD NO PLACE TO GO - that I might end up living in my vehicle that if she could please renew my lease -- she said "No"! Finding an Affordable Apartment on my income was not that easy! So, under the care of my Doctor, I presented a letter to her from my doctor letting her know how much stress she has caused me which didn&#**;t do any good... She filed the letter away, treated me so unkind and still made me moved (I had only been there 6 months). She told me that if I didn&#**;t move out by ******************************** (THIS OUGHT TO BE AGAINST THE ****** I later learned that she wanted my apartment to give to someone else. After I moved, I complained to Ms. ***** about receiving my Security Deposit back (after I did everything she told me to do... clean out the apartment and be out by the 14th of September). Each time I talk to her she makes excuses for not giving me my check, she prolongs the time or says I owe late fees. I "already paid" the late fee from extended dates Sep 2 thru Sep 13, 2023 (she and I did a walk thru on the morning of 14 Sep 2023 my apartment was empty; and she informed me that same day, "I was going to get all my money back"). I told her I did everything she told me to, and that she owes me $268 which is half of the Deposit I paid upon moving in Sep 2, 2022 ( of $536) last year. ***** * *** **** ** ******* ****** **** **** ******** **** **** ********** ******** ******* *** ***** ** *** ** ** *** **** ***** *** ******* *** ** *** ****** ***** **** *** ********** **************** **** ** ****** *** ******** ******** ** ******* *****

Huntsville Residential chose not to renew *********************** lease due to violating her lease. She was also given a 5-month notice. ******************* did not pay rent for the month of September and moved out September 14,2023. The prorate for September is $250.18 plus late fees of $50.00 as rent is due by the 5th of the month (per lease). Total due $300.18.

This balance was deducted from her deposit of $536.00

    $536.00-$300.18 =$235.82

The refund is at my office and can be signed for and picked up during normal office hours.

As for the Defamation of Character, Me being accused of stealing from my last employer, I will be reaching out to an attorney. I'm a very dedicated property manager and go out of my way to please all my tenants but there's some you can't. And i won't tolerate rumors being spread that *** affect my career.

Please feel free to reach back out to me if you have further questions.

    Happy Holidays!

    Complaint #********

    1.  I would like to address my complaint dated Nov 9, 2023:
I would like to "RETRACT" the statement I made about my former Property ******** Ms. ************************** The statement made was "I was told by another tenant this past February that this particular Property Manager was fired or let go of the last place she managed due to her taking money from the Residents"... [RETRACT/REMOVE this statement please]. *This RUMOR came from a 3rd Party.

    2.  I would like to address **************** statement dated Nov 27, 2023:
The statement that she made saying I violated my lease..
How and when did I violate my lease and why do she say it now?  I have no
no knowledge, no other documentation regarding this from her, the subject never came up, we never discussed it!  It's all made up stuff!  I have always been a good neighbor prompt and never late on my Rent everywhere I lived for years including Huntsville Residential.

    3.  I would also like to ask **************** to explain the $50 late fee.  Why would I be charged $50 when I was told by her to be out by September 14, 2023 (according to the Non-renewal letter).  I was out of the apartment **************** and I did a walk thru the morning of the 14th.  That day she and I discussed/agreed upon the fact that she would prorate the deposit since I stayed the first 2 weeks of September (being out by the 14th and she would mail me the difference).  I stayed because I had no place to go... I couldn't find an apartment right away due to high market rates and problem searching due to my income limitation.   She also said that I would get "all my money back" (I left my apartment very clean)...  I never violated my lease!

*I did not want to leave Huntsville Residential but I had no choice in the matter.
I have been a good tenant/resident everywhere I lived, but somehow seems I was unwanted or not liked at Huntsville Residential. But it's ok! not everyone is liked.  I wish **************** well in her future endeavors!
