I had attempted to move into a home in late September (pro-rated rent and moving company booked and paid for), and upon collecting my keys, I was informed that they were not able to get this home cleaned and move-in ready. They had turned off utilities, unbeknownst to me. When their cleaning crew finally arrived, they told me there was no power, no water, a ***** infestation, and all of the kitchen appliances were filthy and broken. That was just the start of this nightmare. I have over 30 work orders to fix issues ranging from cockroaches to rotted wood to mildew and mold from leaks that had been allowed to fester. I work nights, but I still have to have sleep and work disruption to allow their maintenance in, and I have been in over a month of h*** for inspections for their contractors to provide work estimates with repairs rarely getting done. At this point, I fear for my health. I am unable to pay rent online because they havent taken care of their prorated fee for early move-in. Keep in mind, I COULDNT move into early, and I had PRE-PAID for the early move in. In fact, I couldnt safely move into early until October 6th, and I had to hire my own help to move their disgusting fridge from my home. It took WEEKS to get a new fridge. When that finally happened, the replacement stopped cooling, ruining almost $1000 worth of groceries and hunted meat. This management company has gifted my a wonderful Murphys Law experience.AVOID AVOID AVOID. I will be attaching photos and videos soon to show the absolute horror show that they were proud to call move-in ready. I hope someone doesnt fall through the rotting floorboards or crack their skull on the wobbly front step bricks before they finally get around to addressing these issues.

They are very slow at fixing or responding to maintenance issues. And charging for late fees when you are still making your rent payments.
