The store in **********, i would give it a 0 if I could. I worked there for about 2 weeks, if that. The assistant manager is quite shady. He posted "20% off on Halloween items" or something like that. A guy picked up a Halloween hat and brought it to my register, asked why he didn't get a discount. I called the manager over since this was my 1st real day on the register. He tells the customer that this discount is for "items that will be coming, not the ones there already." Why put up a sign promoting a discount when there isn't one? *********, fraudulent advertising. I did report this to HR and she agreed. I watched many employees do nothing but get paid. Then when they don't want you to complete your tasks so they can fire you, you all of a sudden have excessive breaks you must take. Reported this to HR too. This place is so shady - Staff is crooked. Are the discounts used so they pocket each sale for that 10, 15, 20 percent off so management is padding their own bank accounts? If they were honest, signage and prices would reflect that. Overpricing products - are they skimming there too? Why not buy new at the mall instead of 2nd hand? At the mall you save money compared to this thrift store.Review from Paula F

This store discriminated against a white woman taking only the word of three black employees against the manager they did not ask any of the other 50 employees working there what they thought! That is discriminating against a white and letting the blacks rule over it because they didn't want to be told what to do. The main woman was mad that she didn't get promoted. She was not promoted because of her mouth and problems she caused. The general manager and the district manager both backed her but the store has HR that is contracted out and their decision only off of those three employees! This store does not back their hard working team and what they have given to the store!
