    I ordered 4 butterfly bushes 2 came in very poor shape I contacted them with no response both plants have now died I contacted them a 2nd time and still no response will never buy from them again

    I notified Cottage Farms about an order I made on QVC for 2 sets of 4 mini roses that were sent to me at the end of March. I kept them watered and set them out in the sun daily until I decided to plant them which was a huge mistake. We have frost/and/or freezes sometimes into early May. The roses died, I notified them and was told they would replace them and I still haven't received them. I notified them again that I had not received them. Still waiting and waiting.

    Ordered ****** worth of plants back in March. Was told delivery by mother's day.. Received the butterfly **** in ok shape, although very small. Received the verbena, as tiny dead sitcks. The rest is on backorder not expected until late July. Not expecting live plants as promised.

    I ordered a pack of 3 miniature roses, Splish Splash, from cottage farms direct on 4-16-21. Arrived in good shape, the only problem was it wasn't the rose I ordered. Splish Splash is pink and yellow. This rose bloomed dark red. Contacted them and was told i would receive the correct rose the following spring as their supply was out. Spring of 2022 received 3 more mini roses that bloomed solid pink. Contacted them again asking for my money including shipping fees back and they replied They will resend the following spring of 2023. Guess what, I received 3 more roses and this year they bloomed yellow. I give up!!! Do not purchase any plants from this company, Buyer beware.

    What a lousy nursery I ordered 2 white wisterie and 1 came in here almost dead leaves falling off the roots dried and brittle. I contacted them immediately and wanted a refund they said we don't do that but will send out a replacement well got it today and the container is smashed and there are no leaves left on the plant and the main root is cut and growing outside the bottom of the container. Never again don't waste your time or money with these people. No wonder they are not on the BBB.

    I ordered two dwarf butterfly bushes and received the first shipment, small almost dead plants. They blamed shipping but nothing looks that bad in 4 days, the reorder pretty much the same, another reorder looked better, very small plant for 29,99 each. Never was told no money back guarantee, i would never order from them again. The plants have not died in the ground but theyre not thriving either.

    Cottage farms sent me through QVC a wine colored hibiscus and a popular tree!!!!! It was suppose to be an ivory colored hibiscus. QVC wont give me another plant and cottage farms wont give me another plant and qvc wont return my money!Ive waited 3 years for it to bloom. Sent cottage farms pictures. Its a stupid popular tree! Cottage farms is the worst . Never will they get 1 ***** from me!

    I purchased a total of 8 L.A. Bloomin’ hydrangeas from Cottage Farms Direct via Zulily.com and all 8 died. Still within the one year warranty, I contacted them asking for replacements and they obliged but it’s been 7 weeks and the replacements never came. I contacted them multiple times and I get the same response of “a shipping label has been created and the order is processing for shipment.” It’s been 7 weeks! I would like the live plants I paid for please or a refund so I can buy my hydrangeas elsewhere.

    I purchase frost proof gardenias from Cottage farms direct through zulily.com. I planted them and they did not survive the winter and both died. I was informed that they only have a 3 month warranty so, they did not give me my money back. Most places warranty their plants for 1 year. Buyer beware!

    We're very sorry to hear that you are disappointed, We do warrant perennials for 1 year and annuals/tropical for 90 days from the time of the original shipment. Because we stand behind our plants, this warranty for each item is clearly posted in the product listing on the Zulily site and on the planting guides that are received with each plant along with planting, winterizing and care instructions.

    Frost proof gardenia's ARE a perennial. However, I was told that it only had a 90 day warranty. If, what you are saying is correct than your customer service person was wrong. Zulily ended up giving me a credit for the plants that died. Cottage farms direct needs to work on their customer service.
