Our slab is absolutely abhorrent, not level as they have known this from the day it was poured May of 2021. I literally emailed the flooring ** and builder numerous photos and videos before they installed the flooring. Murphy has replaced half of the flooring, minus a few fixes looks great, waiting to see if they replace the other half.I will have no choice but to *** them for the **st to replace flooring in small claims if they do not replace the other half, for as I told them before any flooring was installed, the flooring would fail if they didnt fix the slab, and it has all indeed failed. I also have all my emails and still hold all photos/videos warning of this is*** in 2021. It also took them 1 1/2 years to replace faulty front doors. They replaced them in June of 2023, and is leaking water literally by the gallon each time it rains, they now tell me we are out of warranty. Even though before we moved in 1 1/2 years ago they knew they would need to be replaced. We showed them in Aug of 2021 the defects. There are things in the home they have fixed, and all things were addressed, to be fair. Murphy has decided to take well over a year to fix/replace the doors, which at this point is the is*** with that.

Buyer Beware This is a over promise under deliver builder. Starting off make sure you have legal representation cause you will need it. The craftsmanship is very sub par even that is giving them extra credit. First time I ever realized builders don't use tolerance and you are told to stand back 6 ft from walls as not not to notice how crooked the walls and sheetrock are. The tile guy ***** my custom shower was off 1-1/2 inches in 5 feet. The tile in my guest bathroom is horrendous and will also need to be replaced. The trim guy ***** worst trim moulding I have ever witnessed. All trim gaps are pump filled caulking joints and looks terrible. They do not hire skilled trades and most you would have to use a translation app on your phone to even communicate with them. If you ever try to speak about your build the communication gets worse. You are told that it all gets fixed in a final *************** right before your closing . This is where the magic really begins and you really believe things will be fixed (NOT) You are told to put blue tape on items that you want to be repaired as to which just gets removed and no repair is ever made. Then you move to the warranty phase with the same list of items to be repaired that gets ignored even past your 30 day ***** At this point the main Liar in charge Mr ************** starts denying anything he ever had documented knowledge of. He meets with you (tries to tell you a few dumbass stories) makes his promises verbally for the (***************) leaves then you never hear from him again. Items were negotiated during my closing that were not honored. I have had 1 item that was attempted to be repaired and was only made worse. Something as simple as replacing missing trim and to straighten the front door k*** which was installed crooked as h*** The guy replaced the missing trim with trim that wasn't even the correct size and the door handle was scratched and needed repainted after his repair. Beware you have been warned Document EVERY Item
