  They did body work on my camper and total destroyed it took $11,414 from the insurance company basically stole the money didnt do everything to my camper that they were supposed to do and when I asked for money back they told me they were not gonna give me money back there, thieves

  To Mr. ***** *****************,

  At the age of 23 I wish I could say I havent come across those like you. You contacted a different repair facility. They came out did a quick look over everything. Then, Charged You how much? Due to this particular repair facilities reputation especially with insurance. Once they realized it was progressive, which any customer that takes anything to them is required to fill out a form. This form basically says you will be liable for the up charge associated with using this facility as they are above market rate not because of quality but because of the same outlandish greed you both have very much so portrayed. We went into EXTREME detail of what we were going to need to do to accomplish your much needed repair. Now this is a 2 month repair we managed to complete in 2 weeks. Because We Are Always The First Choice. But as such, We did exactly what we said ***** you were not happy with the final result. As of 7/30/2023 you have yet to help us resolve your issue. Now at this point we will not. That being said we believe in change, compassion and TRUE Integrity here and you or no else will ever be able to change that. I wont even go into detail on my adjusters description of events transcribed between you and your husband. But because We Are Always The First Choice we went a step further. We requested a supplement for the extra work we had done and made sure you received every bit of it. As well as, cutting you a check for the labor we had not been able to complete directly corresponding to your time restrictions. We went out of our way to get you taken care of (3500$) out of our way. Yet it was not enough nor will it ever be. First Choice RV WILL NEVER **************** Fraud!!! I promise you are not the first nor the last that has tried and will try. As a matter of fact we are slowly becoming the most recommended RV Repair ***** Service in the area by just about everyone. Now Im telling you this because I need you to understand you have done nothing to take us off track. Nothing to change our outcome. Nothing to change the pristine work coming out of our shop or the back of our truck. I am sorry you will no longer be able to enjoy this amazing service we are creating for everyone and I do mean everyone if we receive an apology and the money provided back in full we can begin to build this relationship again. It is Not Opinion But Fact. That we are the fastest growing RV Repair ***** Custom Facility in the area in the last 5 years. Not because we commit unjust actions. But Because No Matter. What We Believe In Doing The Right Thing Everytime. Regardless of the money, power or even just how we might feel in a particular situation. Because your right we dont like the repair facility you refer to. That you were trashing not us! Because we were apart of something like you described with them for quite some time. It just Cant, Wont and Doesnt sit right with either Me nor ******* anymore. Which if your wondering is why I was Smiling as you drove away a second time now screaming and yelling towards me. I wish I could make this up but this was literally Seconds after you Tried to give me a sob story while I was handing you the money that came directly with a business check for the incomplete labor itself. Mr ***** ****************, Please Find Peace of some kind maybe not with us but with yourselves. I really hope no one else has to deal with the insecurities you have created in an of yourself. If you ever find yourself in the area and are willing to give what is asked we would be more than happy to meet wherever you may be and assist in any way we can!

  They still owe me money they didnt put furnace on my camper put the wrong awning so now it doesnt match the they didnt get the JWrap I ask both fenders to match didnt do that put the wrong one on since we have it back we have put the fenders from keystone so he owes me ****** for those

  They lied about everything and took insuy money they was not in tiled to take but its ok karma is a b**** and they will one come across someone that they will met there match and not be able to miss over god looks for people like them that messed people over
