Tino's replaced our roof we are very happy with the results. We were also happy with their customer service. They even came out after our roof was replaced when we requested and followed up with us when we had questions.Review from Diashonnia D

We had our whole roof replaced in January of 2019. They left nails all over our backyard and stole our blue tarp. They took our shovel with them also. We overlooked all of that,but now our roof is leaking again. We had another company come out to check it and they didnt replace a lot of the rooting wood like they were paid to do.It has only been four years and they put on 30 year shingles, but now we have to get it fixed again this soon. They ripped us off and we will never recommend them to anyone!!!!Review from jan b

TINO'S ROOFING - These are solid, top notch professionals! They give attention to every aspect of proper roof installation and ensure your roof is thoroughly water-proofed to include chimney. ****'S did an exceptionally great job on my roof at a very reasonable rate. There are no surprises. They do what they say they will do. The woman who answers the phone is very sharp and professional. She will respond quickly if you leave a message and is highly knowledgable about anything to do with roofs. My roof was completed in one day on August 16, 2023 in ******** ******* and looks fantastic. I am so thankful I chose TINO'S ROOFING to install the new roof on my home. he is licensed ONLY for roofs!!!! he is NOT a general contractor!!! Sent some unprofessional/inexperienced people to our home. Took excessive time. Shoddy work.Did further damage to our home. Was not honest to us or our insurance company about license he held .Worked outside scope of license.

On 11/27, I personally traveled to the ************** area to assist an old friend of the family with some work in the ****************. When we arrived, the "friend" decided to seek a different group to help instead of **, which we found out as soon as we arrived. We returned the following day 13 hours back home and did not remove or nail a single shingle in the ****************. We do have the information of the man with the ******* licenses and permits that denied ** work if you wish to pursue other action, we are sorry we were the easiest to find online and be able to submit a complaint to.
