    Toyota SE finance is using illegal schemes, taking cards off auto draft, charging late fee, then refusing to escalate issue to supervisor to resolve issue. Filed complaint with BBB, recorded phone conversation, customer service extremely rude and unprofessional. Legal action is next, which is unfortunate because Love Toyota vehicles, their finance department is ridiculous.

    I agree with these other reviews. I had a fraud alert on my credit because of identity theft last year. They asked multiple choice questions which I answered. My answers were correct, however they told my dealership the answers were incorrect and denied me credit. I already have credit with them! The worst experience of my life. I took the car back to the dealer and will NEVER do business with them again!

    Hello. I have been a customer for you all for quite some time.I have recently fallen behind due to job loss in the past couple of months and I have been talking to a few different representatives who tend to yell at me and belittle me during this difficult time. I am furious because of the way I have been treated by you all. I think it is very UNPROFESSIONAL to treat customers as if they have never paid a bill in their account. I have never been in this situation before and I am disgusted by the way they treat their customers!!!

    Terrible business practices. I just found out after trading my 2018 RAV4 for a newer vehicle outside of the southeast, that after going back and forth with new dealership and this terrible finance provider, a late payment for a vehicle that had been sold 1.5 months previous was put on my credit report. Numerous phone calls between my current dealership and SETF resulted in having to speak to multiple supervisors and returning to my current dealership to find out what was going on with the payment for the buyout of the RAV4. **** had the wrong name on the account despite documentation provided to update the name by myself and the Toyota dealership after purchasing the RAV4 post leasing. This documentation was updated and provided YEARS prior. SETF lost multiple checks worth approximately $26,000 due to lack of documentation that was updated on my end. I would not trust this place to do anything. Do not enter into any contract with this place. I will be calling on Monday to dispute the late payment on my credit report. My whole family owns multiple Toyotas. You are a disgrace to the Toyota name.

    My son and I are co-signed on an account with these people. The car is fine. However, the customer service is some of the worst I have ever encountered in my life. After getting through their enfuriating auto phone service...they have a bunch of **** **** thugs waiting to talk with you who offer no actual help whatsoever. I personally would be embarrassed to have these little cows be the voice of my company. The day my son pays off this account...will be the LAST time I ever dirty myself with this filth.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. They are absolutely terrible on updating documentation and completely negligent with all professional procedures. They are rude, non communicative and certainly not helpful. They are a company that will tell you one thing and then do another and then they preach on their website about integrity. I honestly have never dealt with someone as unprofessional and inadequate as this company. Even documenting such simplistic items such as phone calls and or address changes they have fallen short. This company has so far been negligent on documentation updates, severely lacking communication skills of all kinds, as well as the inability to accept accountability for their wrongful actions. I very much wish I had done my research on this company before ever entering a contract with them. If you are debating a contract with them just don't. They are absolutely horrendous from pricing to procedures. This company should be shut down. I will be reporting them to my local law enforcement for consumer negligence; as well as I will be reporting them to consumer financial protection bureau as I encourage you all to do the same if you were wronged by them. Here are the places I will be reporting their negligence and hopefully this will assist you as well. I also highly recommend obtaining a local attorney as I will be doing so for their injustice and discrimination. Again don't waste your time with this company. I am sickened by the way they treat their consumers. I'm so sorry to those experiencing this as well.
