He was called out to my mom's house to fix her stove, charged a 200 service charge plus the cost of the repair. I had to call him several times to get him to come back and finish the job. Once he finally came out, he claimed that part wasn't the part and he was ordering another part. Well we never heard anything back. After another several attempts to contact this business owner he never responded.

On 11/18/24 The owner/tech ***** Hughes of Hughes Handyman Services was called to help fix an appliance. He came and assessed the problem with our freezer section of our refrigerator as being a board fault, we agreed that he had to order it. I paid $600, $135 by cash and $465 by check to cover the cost of part and the installation. He has not delivered or responded. I think this could be termed as theft by deception. We want our money back. We do not want any direct contact with this person

On Monday July 29Th I called Angies List to ask for a service tech to come out and fix a problem with my washing machine, on that same day a couple of hrs later Mr ********************** called me back and said that he was responding to a service request initiated by Angies List, he stated he he was available to come out in about 45 minutes. He arrived about an hour later, he took a look at my washer and after about ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* he told me the cost and I wrote him a check in the amount of approximately 290.00$, after not hearing from him and me getting ready to go out of town I called him back on Thursday July 1st and was told that he would check to see if the part had come in, I did not hear from him again so I called to file a complaint with Angies List after being put on hold and being hung up on and speaking to three people I decided to try and file this complaint online. After checking my wash room when Mr ********************** left I discovered that my wash room piggy bank was missing over half of the coins and dollar bills that I place in a bank when I find them in the washer, to discuss this matter I can be reached at ************ Or my email *********************
