These are the worst people to deal with! We are constantly harassed about rent. They change policy and fees whenever they want. You can't get a manager or owner to talk with only the lady at the front desk! I was given details upon renting the property that they claim now were false. I have the messages in writing to prove they were told to me! The people I was dealing with 2 years ago no longer work there but I still have their messages prior to moving in. I'm hiring a lawyer and I recommend you stay far away from these people!! Nothing they say is true and they will change things without notice. Worst experience in 40 years of dealing with renting and that says a lot.Revitalize Realty Response

*****, Revitalize Realty upholds the same lease standards for all of our residents. We update our lease periodically according to new Company policies or legal changes and those items will be included in all resident's lease renewal agreements. When you sign a new lease, you agree to the updated changes. We do not charge anything or change anything that our residents do not sign off on in writing through a new lease. This realty company will claim to help but hurt more. They buy and renovate houses. Upon purchasing the home (you as a renter) will be FORCED out of your home ILLEGALLY. They're procedure is to make you feel as if they're "trying" to help. If you don't have the financial support and an lawyer, they will Harrass you past the limit to move. They will go above and beyond to get you out asap. They will do Whatever It Takes to Make Them Money and TAKE YOUR MONEY. BAD BUSINESS, ILL ADVISE TO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY CARE MORE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR WELL BEING.
